My two year old was at children’s courtyard before coming to South Bowie. Since he has been at this facility his vocabulary has improved, he is counting, and he knows his shapes. He has made fantastic progress. Overall my son seems happier and the staff have been fantastic!
I am a first time daycare mom. I been a stay at home mom/work from home mom all 4 children , after my 5th and last child I was very nervous leaving my baby to get back to work but this place is wonderful very friendly and compassionate, Ms Amanda is wonderful my baby loves her, I am one of those moms that is very special with leaving my baby anywhere in general but these ladies are awesome. The communication is perfect, Ms Kelzie is wonderful and very helpfu she answers all my questions and concerns they are always engaged I don't know how these ladies do it but they are very professional I hope they get a raise in their salary because finding a genuine connection can be very difficult especially with childcare !

We’ve been at SBDC for two years after trying two other daycares in Weatherford and having poor experiences. Bowie has been perfect for our family! My kids are always eager to talk about all the fun things they made and learned when I pick them up. My four year old is now reading, writing, and ready for Kinder in the Fall thanks to her sweet teachers!
My daughter Bella went to their summer program last summer and 2 summers before that. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience. The teachers in the Den are wonderful, funny, and engaging. Surprisingly, though, their prices are just as wonderful and reasonable. I already have and will continue to recommend.
