What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
We truly love this daycare. My daughter is very happy and has built a wonderful connection with her teacher, Ms. Danielle. The support with potty training has been incredibly helpful and has made continuing at home much easier for us. One small area I would love more information on is the daily meals and snacks. Knowing more about what is served would be helpful, as we are mindful of nutrition. Overall, we are very grateful for the care and support our daughter receives.
My son has been enrolled in this daycare for over a year now. He loves his teachers, his friends he's made, always in good spirits when i pick him up. The teachers are very friendly, environment is very welcoming, they are also very transparent and involved with taking care of my child.
I wanted to give this daycare a fair chance but unfortunately several ongoing issues have made me lose confidence in their care. First, the meals are incredibly repetitive. Breakfast is almost always just cereal or oatmeal, with no variety or effort to provide more nutritious or balanced options. On top of that, they no longer send out the meal plan, so parents have no idea what their children are eating each day. For the amount paid, I expected better communication and planning around nutrition. While the facility does have cameras, a teacher mentioned they are never actually turned on, which defeats the purpose and offers no real transparency or peace of mind for parents. I had a lot of trust in teacher Ceci and felt comfortable voicing concerns with her. Before she left, I brought up a few issues, hoping there would be follow-up. Unfortunately, nothing changed and since her departure, communication and clarity have only gotten worse. Lastly, their social media presence has gone completely stale. It used to give parents a glimpse into daily activities, but now it's barely updated, offering little to no insight into what the children are actually doing. Disappointed and currently exploring other options. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements for the sake of the kids and families who still attend.
I came across this daycare by coincidence, it wasn’t my first choice due to the distance, but it quickly became clear it was the best choice I could’ve made. Like most parents, I was anxious about leaving my baby with people I didn’t know. I’ll admit, I cried the first week (probably more than my baby did!). The teachers not only helped my little one adjust but also supported me through the transition with so much patience and understanding. My daughter, now 21 months old, has grown and developed so many new skills since starting here. She absolutely loves it 🫶🏼 so much that every time we get in the car, she assumes we’re going to daycare! If she realizes we’re not, she throws a little tantrum, which, while funny and sometimes frustrating, it’s also such a relief because it shows how happy and comfortable she feels there. The teachers’ energy and enthusiasm are truly amazing. I’ll never forget one rainy morning around 6:40 a.m. after dropping off my baby, I realized I was stuck inside the daycare without an umbrella during a heavy pour. Without hesitation, Mrs. Pat kindly grabbed an umbrella and walked me to my car so I wouldn’t get drenched. That small act of kindness spoke volumes. It was the moment I knew, without a doubt, that my baby was in good hands. This daycare has given my family peace of mind, and I’m forever grateful for the love, care, and dedication the teachers show every day.
I can’t say enough good things about this daycare! From the very first day, I felt completely at ease leaving my child in their care. The staff is incredibly loving, attentive, and patient. They always go the extra mile to make sure every child feels safe, happy, and included. Communication is excellent, they keep me informed and involved in my child’s day with updates and photos. I’ve seen so much growth in my child, socially and emotionally I’m so thankful to have found a place where my child is not only cared for, but truly loved. Highly, highly recommend!
