What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
We love the Wesley school! As a first time mom it was hard finding a place that I was comfortable with, where the staff felt like our own and the turnover was low. Wesley School is exactly that. The staff is warm and loving, and my kids are learning a lot along the way. Happy to have found such a great facility closeby and would highly recommend this to anyone with little ones who need reliable, attentive care. Huge plus that the staff is great at communication and always keeping us updated on their progress throughout the day. Thank you!
We have had our four-year-old daughter at Wesley School since she was two, and we love having her there! The teachers love the kids so much, it is a great, positive environment that fosters lots of playtime and also gets the kids school-ready. Highly recommend to anyone considering.
Our daughter has been attending Wesley school since she was 3 months old and she is currently 15 months. She started in the infant room and from the first day I dropped her off, I knew she was going to receive love and care each and everyday. She loves going to school and basically runs into her classroom each day to give her teachers a hug. The attention she receives and all of the skills she has learned have been invaluable. We are so happy she is there!
We’ve loved our time at Wesley. Our daughter started there when she was six months and is now over one. The staff is so kind and welcoming, and everyone knows who she is and greets her when we arrive. We know she is in great hands and it feels like a family. The teachers are fabulous and treat all the kids as if they were their own. They work hard on developmental milestones with the kids and do a wonderful job of sharing progress with parents. Wesley is truly a gem and we feel so lucky it was recommended to us by friends.
My 6 month old has been attending Wesley School since the start of January and we are so happy with our experience. Her teachers clearly enjoy their jobs, and it shows by how they interact with the kids in her infant classroom. Always very playful and excited! Not only do her teachers know her, but when I walk down the halls with her all the other teachers also know her and are so excited to say hi. Overall the staff is so friendly and engaged. We are kept up to date with what is going on via an app and the teacher are super responsive. We can’t wait to see her learn and grow at Wesley!

The overall reputation from parents is positive, with several describing the school as a 'hidden gem' and praising the caring nature of the staff. Common themes in reviews include a strong sense of community, affordable tuition for the Austin area, and a diverse student body. Staff Insights
Employee feedback is limited, but a recent October 2024 review from a Lead Teacher in Austin cited 'unfair/unprofessional' decisions from management and high employee turnover. Conversely, some older handbook documents and teacher-of-the-month initiatives suggest efforts toward maintaining a supportive educational environment.
