La Petite Academy of Sugar Land

Our son started here after having a horrible experience at another daycare. The staff there is absolutely incredible. We love Mrs Dee and Mrs Michiko. Both teachers are so beloved by our baby that he calls for them on the weekends. They not only care but love their children as if they were their own. Their curriculum is amazing as well. When he started, he could only say a few words like "mama" and "Wawa". After a few weeks at La Petit, he was saying please and thank you and had learned all his numbers! The change was drastic and even now people compliment us saying that he is very verbal for his age. Mrs. Pamela and Petra always keep us up to date with anything that might happen and you can tell they truly care about the kids. It brings me so much peace knowing my son is safe and loved while I'm at work.

The staff is wonderful. My son is enrolled in the early preschool class. Ms. D is a joy and very experienced. Ms. Pamela, the assistant director is very friendly. My son loves both of them. They have live feed available which is wonderful. The playground is safe and age appropriate as well. Would a 100% recommend them!!!

My daughter has been at La Petite since she was just under 1, and now at 3 she has grown in every single way thanks to the amazing staff. She hit so many milestones here — walking, talking, counting, communicating respectfully, eating on her own, using her table manners, and following routines. She shares, plays well with others, and has truly become a confident and independent little girl. One thing I especially appreciate is that La Petite encourages activity both at school and at home. They share updates, ideas, and learning activities we can continue with her. They also host great parent-child events, which make us feel connected and involved. And as a parent, I really love that they have live cameras so I can check in on her throughout the day from my phone. It gives me so much peace of mind. La Petite has poured so much love, patience, and structure into her growth. She comes home happy every day, and I couldn’t ask for a better place for her.

We are very pleased with our son's school, La Petite. We used La Petite when my oldest was 4 yrs old and that was 10 years ago. So when we were looking for child care for our now 4 yr old, we were so happy to come back. We have been with la petite currently over a year. We love Ms. Dee, she helped our little one get comfortable going to school. She helped him overcome his separation anxiety and now he is a social butterfly. He is currently in Ms. Nicki class and he loves to go and learn new things. He comes home excited to tell us what he did that day. Ms. Pam and Ms. Petra are very professional and always willing to help. They make sure all the kids are well taken care of. My son loves to greet them everyday. We are so happy to be part of the La Petite family.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at La Petite! The infant class has been such a blessing for our family. From day one, it’s been clear how much the staff truly cares about the babies! Ms. Nikhat, Ms. Trista, Ms. Shecita, and Ms. Michiko are all incredible. They are loving, attentive, and bring so much warmth and fun into the classroom. I know my baby is in the best hands every day, and that peace of mind means everything. One of the highlights is how often we get updates and pictures—and the camera quality is good! It’s such a joy to see our baby playing, smiling, and being so well cared for during the day. A huge thank you as well to Ms. Petra and Ms. Pam—they set the tone for the entire center. Both are wonderful, supportive, and so easy to talk to. You can really tell how much they love what they do. We are so grateful to have found La Petite. It’s a warm, caring, and fun environment where our baby is thriving. Highly, highly recommend!
