What Parents Say

Long list of abuse to kids at this place. Saw the camera footage of them hitting my daughter. Do you have any idea how it feels to have you 3 yr old say. "Mommy the teacher hit me" CPS and police reports filed.
Keep making new accounts won’t help that my kids were abused here years ago and I’ll never let you guys forget. Look them up on ksat12 valley high baptist academy before sending your kids here.
Bad service. I paid more than 400 euros for them to only take care of me for 6 days and then they didn't give me any of my money back. I don't recommend this place.

Safety Record
Valley Hi Baptist Academy has a history of significant safety violations, including a 2014 incident where a child left the facility unnoticed and was found in a field by a passerby. Other recorded violations include a staff member causing injury by picking up a child by the arm, leaving a child unattended on a playground, and the presence of an employee on the Central Registry for Child Abuse and Neglect in 2015. Recent reports list the center among the 'Top 10 Centers Needing Improvement' in San Antonio with 51 total violations and a high Severity Risk Index (SRI) of 3.66.
Parent Reputation
The academy's reputation is mixed, with marketing materials and directory sites describing a 'warm and friendly' Christian atmosphere, while official regulatory data labels it a high-risk facility. Parent feedback on community platforms is limited, but independent safety rankings consistently place the center in a negative light due to its compliance history. The school is a member of several Christian educational associations, which some parents value for its religious academic focus.
