What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
barbara tries to fight kids parents in FRONT of them and gets no repercussions. my nephews have been coming home with cuts and bloody and no one has an explanation but she wants to fight people when told about it.
If I could leave no stars, I would! We’ve decided to take my 3 children out of this place due to the fact that they are always coming home with bruises, bloody, and tears because of what goes on at this daycare. They finally gave me a letter today letting me know what happened to my child who got hit in the face, but before that they could never give any answers to the numerous times before. Upon me informing the caretaker (Barbara) of my children that I don’t believe they watch my kids, she tried to fight me and had to be held by another employee behind a gate in FRONT of my children. Myself and their dad have agreed to take them out of this place and report them to the city. The “caretakers” do nothing but sit down all day while they have multiple kids to look after. I spoke with Debbie the operator of the facility, and she had no concern about my complaints and told me to “write a letter to her” which will be done to the city instead considering I see how she runs the place. Please don’t trust them with your kids. They’re government funded so have no true interest or care in children.
I am a foster parent of 2 children. Not only are they so patient and understanding with me, but they are so loving and great with my babies! They are both so excited for school everyday! They do fun activities every single day, I never pick them up with a wet diaper and the entire staff knows the kids. They are on top of everything and always give friendly reminders. I will literally never ever put any of my foster kids anywhere else. This is my favorite daycare. Hands down. I don’t have to worry about them or call up there to check on them because I trust them. I know that if there was ever an issue they would call me right away. The best daycare in Waco.
