What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
Let’s just say , I LOVE THIS PLACE WITH A PASSION! I trust them with my son. He has grown with them and he loves them as well. They are a great part of our village and I recommend them to anyone viewing this center ! They are very hands on with the children, they are very safe for our children , and they are great at what they do !
This is a very Horrible place that claims that they love and take care of kids they will make false claims to CPS and move your child without your knowledge!!!!! Please never let them “care” for your child/children
Literally the most incompetent director and receptionist I have ever met. I was told TWICE I would be put on a waiting list, gave them my information and both times was told they would follow up in a week because they would have openings and would let me know where I was on the list. Both times, I had to call them to follow up just be told I wasn’t on a list. Needless to say if they can’t even keep up with a waiting list, I wouldn’t trust them with my child. I also work with UTA and will be sure to let everyone I know how horrible they are.
Both of my kids go here. The staff is amazing and my kids have grown so much since their attendance began. My wife and I worried about our kids going to day care initially but now we love it and don’t want them to go to any other day care until they begin elementary school.
My son is 2 and has been there since he was 3 months. The teachers are kind and he has become attached to all of them through 3 rooms! The program has taught him many skills much earlier than I expected! The only reason it's not a full 5 star is some communication issues from management. Nothing too serious but annoying all the same. But the staff is who matters most since they're with our kid all day!

Parent Reputation
The center has a mixed reputation primarily centered on its mission-driven work with low-income and homeless families. While direct parent reviews are scarce on major platforms, the organization is highly regarded in the nonprofit sector for its trauma-informed, two-generation approach. Some feedback suggests organizational inefficiencies and communication challenges common to large service providers.
Staff Insights
Employee reviews indicate a workforce passionate about the mission but frequently frustrated by management and workload. Common themes include high staff turnover, feelings of being overworked and underpaid, and a perceived disconnect between departments. Some staff members praise the supportive environment among coworkers and the visionary leadership of the CEO.
