I love Kids r Kids! The staff is so great and genuinely cares for the children and have amazing communication. My son is always so excited to go to Ms. Carmelita’s classroom to learn everyday. Ms.Lita is such an amazing teacher and puts forth so much love and effort in everything she does for her class. I love getting daily pictures and updates from her on how well my son is doing. Overall this is a fantastic daycare for your little ones!
I pulled my two year old out of this school around June 2025. Because I had a huge ongoing issue with one of the teachers a black skinny lady who wears her hair in long braids. She has a huge attitude problem that has never been addressed. First she was asking me questions about if me and my daughter are from the area. If we go home and see our family often and then start asking do we ever do anything outside of home or go anywhere. After her asking all of these odd questions I start questioning the daycare about her and ready to file a complaint. She was trying to paint a picture that my daughter was unhappy at home. I start watching her very closely because my daughters behavior start getting changing for the worst. She would either be crying or really quiet and withdrawn Everytime this teacher was around and she would walk past her and ignore her and this lady was saying my daughter had an attitude. What two year old would have an attitude? When she was off that day my daughter would look around and not see her and she would be in a happy mood when she wasn't there. One day I came to pick my child up early and I walk past the cafe area and I hear a teacher telling at the top of her lungs and I was shocked. I went through and dark empty classroom to see what was going on this women was standing over my child and yelling in her face as Loud as she could! My daughter ran up to the door and tried opening the door to leave. And that was the worst thing I ever experienced at a daycare center. Where these adults are supposed to care for kids they were being abused instead. Getting yelled in their faces and snatched up. I literally said were you yelling at my child and she said yes I was because I was getting onto her. I said you do not yell at these kids like that. She was extremely angry as if she was fighting with and adult. I let her know that I already was going to file a complaint on her before for all the inappropriate questions she had been asking me and commenting about my daughter not being a happy child. And my daughter would bust out crying in the car when we left the building everyday when she had to deal with that teacher. She was having nightmares and literally fighting in her sleep. And begging me not to drop her off at school everyday but couldn't verbally tell me because she couldn't talk yet. but I knew something was going on so I kept a look out and walked in and caught this on my own!this so called teacher followed us to the front yelling at us telling us we need to leave and stop causing a scene while all the parents was looking around like what's going on. I had a talk with the director who swept everything under the rug and told me the cameras don't record so it's my word against hers and there was another teacher in the room when this happened and she said nothing. Then she told the office staff that it didn't happen! I told them that women is not allowed around my daughter anymore until I found somewhere else for my daughter to attend school. This women literally drove her car and cut me off on the street and in the parking lot! That same week. After all this happened. This is the type of people they hire to be around your kids all day while your gone at work. Then put a fake smile on after they have been abusing these kids all day. And terrifying them. I filed a complaint with wfs and they had someone go to the daycare and talk about the complaint and nothing was done about it. I was told she had received discipline action but they didn't have to share it with me. How is that accurate? And now I'm ready to get a lawyer and sue her because she was never fired for the abuse she caused my child and other kids there. They just gave her the greenlight to continue this nonsense!
We are so incredibly fortunate to have Ms. Carmelita as Ryan's teacher. She is, without a doubt, the best teacher we have seen so far for him. Ms. Carmelita is profoundly caring and creates a nurturing environment where we know Ryan feels safe and loved every day. Beyond the excellent care, she is an amazing educator. Ryan is constantly learning so many things in her class. We are consistently impressed by the variety of activities she organizes, which makes every day an exciting adventure for the children. A huge part of what makes this daycare special is how welcoming everyone is. The entire staff has been wonderful, and they all work together to make Ryan feel right at home every day. As parents, we especially appreciate how engaged Ms. Carmelita keeps us in Ryan's day. The photos and videos she regularly sends are a highlight, giving us a precious glimpse into all the fun and learning he is experiencing. Ms. Carmelita and the entire team are truly a gem, and we highly recommend this day care to any family!
We moved here from out of state and I toured and interviewed 5 different day cares before deciding to enroll my daughter at KRK. The decision was easy after meeting the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the classrooms, access to watch online, daily pictures/updates, and the safeness I felt leaving my daughter there during the day. We are really pleased with Mrs. Lita’s patience, kindness, and fun loving spirit. Her classroom is fun, clean and the kids are always busy learning and singing, having a good time. Any personal concerns I’ve had, Mrs Lita has reassured and keeps me updated on my daughter’s behavior and health. We really enjoy Kids R Kids and all the staff helping. Thank you!
We are so happy that we decided to go with kids for our son. We were so nervous about putting him in daycare and from starting with Miss Melissa, who taught our son to love school, to having Miss Carmelita now. Our son looks forward to school every day, he is excited, he feels very welcome. Miss Lita has been absolutely incredible! A wonderfully professional teacher loved by my son. I would like all daycare centers to deserves this teacher for her training, charisma and very professional teaching with everything she does every day for our little ones. Kids R Kids from day one and I recommend it to everyone!
