What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
Primrose has been absolutely wonderful for our 2-year-old son, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the very first day, it was clear that the staff truly care about the children and take their role seriously. My wife and I feel complete peace of mind knowing he is in such a warm, professional, and well-run environment. The teachers are exceptional — kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping each child grow. Our son is learning so much every day, and we see his confidence, curiosity, and social skills continuously improving. The school strikes the perfect balance between education, play, structure, and fun. Communication is outstanding. We always know what he’s doing, how he’s progressing, and anything that needs our attention. One of the biggest reasons we trust Primrose so deeply is how carefully they handle his food allergies. The entire staff — including the chef — is extremely attentive, well-trained, and proactive. They are meticulous about safety while still making sure he feels included and cared for. We honestly cannot say enough good things about Primrose. It has given our family reassurance, our son a loving place to learn and grow, and us a true sense of partnership. We highly — and wholeheartedly — recommend it to any family looking for exceptional childcare and early education.
We are big fans of Primrose at VL! We’ve been here since 2023 when our youngest was 7 weeks old and our oldest was 4. We’ve been through every room except preschool and pre-K and have had consistently good experiences with all of our teachers. The biggest selling points for us, however, are early drop off and late pick ups plus the benefit of them transporting our school age child to/from his public school and all the coverage (and field trips!) they arrange throughout the school year and summer. Their private school buses appear well maintained and their bus drivers are the best. The premises are also always clean, the grounds maintained, and the entrance/exit secure.
Our family has had an excellent experience with Primrose at Victory Lakes. We moved from Mass almost 2 years ago and were grateful to be treated like a part of the family. My daughter started in young toddlers and has had some of the most wonderful teachers that have continued to be her friend. My elementary school son enjoys the summer camp which has been such a blessing to have both kids in the same place in the summer. Ms. Price, Mrs. Kelley and the rest of the admin staff have been wonderful with frequent communication. We couldn't be happier with our experience with this Primrose location!
From the very first moment we walked into Primrose at Victory Lakes, we felt a sense of warmth and comfort and knew immediately this was the right place for our daughter. The front office staff always greet us with a smile and a warm welcome, setting the tone for a truly positive experience each day. The teachers are excellent, passionate, and genuinely caring, and every member of the staff plays an important role in creating such a nurturing environment. A special thank you to the Young Toddlers teachers for consistently going above and beyond to show their genuine care for Audrey and our family—it truly means so much to us. We have been so impressed by the school’s organization, structure, and cleanliness. We love receiving our daily photos/ updates on what is going on. It truly puts a smile on our face. Since starting at Primrose, we have seen so much growth and development in our Audrey, which has made us incredibly proud. She loves seeing her friends and teachers every day and is always happy when she arrives at school. Each week, she comes home having learned a new skill, which speaks volumes about the dedication of the teachers and staff. Everyone we have met at Primrose has been kind, friendly, and attentive, and it is clear they truly love what they do and are deeply invested in each child’s growth and development.
Primrose has been an answer to our prayers! We were nervous about starting our son in a daycare, but Primrose has been an amazing fit! You are greeted with a warm smile everyday, and the staff take time to know each kid and their interests - shout out to Ms. Price! Our son is 14 months old and in the young toddler class, and their curriculum keeps him engaged and learning new skills. We are so happy with Primrose!!
