What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
We love Primrose Southlake! All of the teachers are friendly and very caring over our infant daughter. The front office even knows our baby girl by name. Extremely clean; knowledgeable and stable caregivers. They gave us several thoughtful welcome gifts and have treats for families to grab and go before/after school regularly. You can tell they really care about their families. And the breakfast food always smells delicious!! It’s real food, made at school.
Primrose has truly been such an incredible experience for our daughter. She’s almost six months and has been attending since 8 weeks old. It’s hard to leave your 8 week old anywhere as a new mom, but I never once doubted the care and attention she receives at Primrose. Ms. Penny, Ms. Gabby, and Ms. Samira along with all the other teachers in her room take the best care of our girl every day. I absolutely love how many updates and pictures I get throughout the day keeping me in the loop on her day to day activities. They’ve helped her develop in so many ways (thankfully putting herself to sleep is one of them!) and I can’t wait to see where the next few years here take us.
We have been involved with Primrose since 2019. As soon as we toured the facility we knew that was our place. They have always taken phenomenal care of each of our girls, and always make us feel like they love our kids as much as we do. After talking to other parents, they feel the same as well. Many of the staff have been there for years, so it's comforting to know they're well taken care of also. This means they're happy where they work, which reflects in the way they care for all the kiddos. Each of our daughters have loved going there and have even said on the weekends that they want to be there! Knowing they're getting top notch care and stimulating curriculum is everything. There are SO many great things I can say about Primrose and have recommended it to everyone who will listen. It's nice to know there is a wonderful place that you can trust within reach. That's priceless.
For 3.5 years our kids have called Primrose Southlake their school and home away from home. We could not have asked for a better place to care for our babies! They communicate well, addressed any concerns we had, and I always felt comfortable leaving my kids in their care. We always loved the teachers we had and some of the staff feel like family. Sad to say goodbye!
Well, what can I say about Primrose School of Southlake...a lot. For the past 8 years our two boys have grown up with this Primrose family. Tomorrow will be our youngest kiddos last day at this facility. He will be attending Kindergarten come August. He started his journey here when he was just 3 months old and now he is 5. As a parent, leaving your kiddos at daycare can be a very challenging experience. The Primrose staff has always made our family feel like their own. Primrose provided such a great balance of structure and values. What makes this place so special are the people and friends you meet along the way. From the first day back in 2014 when we started here to now 2022, Primrose School of Southlake has been a great part of our day to day lives. From our family to yours, we want to thank you for taking such great care of our two boys throughout the years. We will miss seeing your smiling faces and will always show gratitude for playing such a key role into their developmental journey! We recommend the Primrose School of Southlake any day! All the best! Thank you! The Kenney Family
