What Parents Say

I started working with Jay Perez to build my leg and core strength. He provided a meal plan that worked with my work schedule, took on my early morning sessions, and focused on certain pain areas to help relieve muscle pain. Within a month my leg strength significantly improved. I really appreciate the tailored approach.
Dear Life Time Fitness Management Team, I am writing on behalf of a group of long-standing members who regularly participate in adult basketball at our club. We are grateful for the quality of facilities and programming Life Time provides and value the sense of community it fosters. For many of us, the basketball court has been a core reason for joining and maintaining our memberships. For years, a consistent group of approximately 15–20 adult members has gathered to play basketball each weekday evening beginning around 5:30 PM. This has become an important part of our routine, health, and community engagement. Recently, however, we have experienced increasing inconsistency in access to the basketball gym during these peak evening hours. The court is often repurposed on short notice for other activities, which has made it difficult to sustain organized play and has led to unnecessary frustration among members who rely on this space. Notably, other dedicated activity areas—such as pickleball, squash, and yoga—are rarely, if ever, displaced in this manner. We respectfully request that Life Time consider designating the basketball gym for basketball use from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except in extraordinary circumstances. This request aligns with how the space was presented to many of us at the time of enrollment and would provide clarity, consistency, and fairness for all members. We are not asking for exclusive or permanent access—only for reasonable, predictable use during the highest participation window for adult basketball. Establishing this consistency would go a long way toward preserving member satisfaction and honoring the expectations under which many of us joined. Thank you for your time and consideration. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further or collaborate on a solution that works well for both members and management.
The only downfall to this gym is that it feels more like a club. The price you pay is worth it. Just make sure you visit the club 4 to 6 times a week. It’s also great for your recovery day with the new cold plunge right next to the sauna. This place has everything you your wife or your kids want to do on a Saturday and that’s what you’re paying for.
My wife and I enjoy this facility. Very clean and for us it’s managed well. Our trainer, Holan, has played an integral part in getting us into shape! My stability has increased considerably over the past year due to Holan’s guidance. We highly recommend her. It has become very busy as of late but I think that due to the Holidays and resolutions.
I decided to go check this location, i wont lie, i was skeptical about it. I was absolutely wrong. My granddaughters and i had an absolute blast day at the pool. Shout out to the lifeguards at the pool, thank you thank you thank you. My granddaughter was crying because she was afraid to ride the water slide but the lifeguard gave her the confidence she can and did it! We also enjoyed eating from the cafe bar. Thank you for the great hospitality ❤️
