What Parents Say

Great customer service. Staff is amazing. Highly recommend Ashley as a stretch coach/ trainer. Victoria is very knowledgeable and helpful as well! Highly recommend the hot yoga and sauna.
I love it here. Offers so many things from spa to pickle ball to childcare. I personally love the yin yoga, the life work area is clutch for taking meetings, and they do some cool special events and networking events that I love. Victoria has been so helpful too. They also just added the cold plunge which I love too!
Overall vibe: “Choose bougie over safety”. Tour guide lady was rude. Y’all should actually inspect this place before entrusting them with your and your CHILDREN’S safety. The baby area isn’t even baby proofed!! Did you look at that before you paid money to pretend you work out??? Go slam your skull into the glass dividers in the basketball court and sue. Though I’m sure your membership paperwork prohibits them any liability. They only care about money. Seems like a boomer hang out. Overall vibe: “Choose bougie over safety”. When asked about people hitting their heads on the unnecessary glass decor on the basketball court…tour guide “surprisingly none”. When asked about baby proofing the toddler area….tour guide “well they can’t get out”. Good job in making a baby cage. Is the baby cage safe? No.
Love this place. Hubby and I joined at the end of last August. We are Gen X age and looking to build some up lost muscle and lose some weight. The gym is beautiful and very clean. All staff from the front desk, trainers, and cleaning crew are friendly and helpful. I took advantage of the free training session with Gigi Walls. Together we worked on a sustainable plan. I was never badgered to buy any supplements or further training. However, I enjoyed our session and booked some more. I’m down 22lbs and feel fantastic. I weight train and take the Alpha class(Vic is great). Gigi is encouraging and really listened to my concerns and goals. My husband does training with Manuel and has seen similar improvements. The pools and locker rooms are very clean. Dry sauna, chill pool, and hot tubs are available at this location. So sorry we waited so long to join.
20-year-old gym that gets it right. Great people everywhere. Life's a mirror - surround yourself with good folks and life gets better. People here spot you, cheer you on, and talk smack about Texas football. Fellow Longhorns know what's up. Kid Academy is golden. Rock climbing, karate, everything to keep your kids entertained while you work out. Plus parents' night out - if you have kids, this place just became your best friend. Pool's solid. Could use more pickleball courts (coming soon). A remodel wouldn't hurt either. Yeah, it's expensive. But you get access to every Lifetime across the country when you travel. If that's too rich for your blood, Planet Fitness is down the street. But here's the thing: you want a gym or you want a community? This delivers community with equipment that works and people who care. Management responds. Members look out for each other. Kids are happy. Parents get their workouts in. Hook 'em Horns. This is Texas done right.
