I visited the Mansfield, Texas Life Time fitness location to day. I was greeted and helped by Bryan S., the Concierge Manager. I have never met anyone so nice and willing to help some one out as Bryan was to day. I was inquiring about joining using my renew active fitness plan. The facility does have a contract with renew active, however, my insurance company declined it saying that they have no contract with this facility. Bryan S., the manager was so nice and sincere. He offered me the use of his office and himself doing a three week conversation with the insurance company. The insurance company is now going to send a request to have it reviewed and hopefully approved. The representative with my insurance company said that she had never heard some one so helpful as well as Bryan for his clients.
This is a fantastic club , truly the country club of workout facilities complete with a spa, healthy restaurant,classes, pools. Equipment is first class. The place is maintained impeccably. Employees are helpful, friendly, professional and work as a team. Bryan, the concierge manager is a huge asset to the team. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a first class experience.
Casino night at Lifetime was great fun ! Can’t remember when I’ve enjoyed a Friday night out more. The dealer at my black jack table was entertaining and enthusiastic. Decorations , music and low lights gave a cruise ship vibe. Thanks to all the LT staff who created this event or support and encourage me. Bryan , Nancy , Law to name a few.

From the state-of-the-art equipment to the variety of classes, there is something for everyone whether you are focused on strength, cardio, or recovery. The staff is welcoming and professional, always ready to help and create a positive experience. I also love the amenities, including the pool, spa, and family-friendly spaces, making it perfect for both fitness enthusiasts and families alike. This is a top-tier gym with value, community, and energy all in one. Highly recommend.
My husband, our 2-year-old, our 4-month-old, and I adore this gym. It has supported our family again and again! The client service and care are truly exceptional. I’ve personally lost weight and built muscle through the GTX and Alpha classes, and Sydnie is hands-down the best instructor! Our kids love their time in the Kids Academy, and the childcare team gives such thoughtful, individualized attention. Nia, Nyah, and Janie (to name a few!) are incredible. My daughter talks about them even when we’re at home! On the rare occasions we’ve had concerns, management addressed everything immediately. We genuinely feel seen, known, and cared for. A huge shoutout to Brian and Cooper for always looking after our family. We truly couldn’t keep our busy lives healthy and organized without this place. Highly recommend!
