What Parents Say

Staff lets kids with RSV GO TO SCHOOL WHEN THE TEST IS POSITIVE FOR RSV WITCH MAKES NO SENSE ON WHY YALL WOULD LET KIDS COME TO SCHOOL SICK I’m extremely disappointed with how this school has handled recent illness concerns. Several students were allowed to attend classes while showing clear signs of RSV, and it felt like the safety and well-being of the rest of the kids were not taken seriously. As a parent, it’s alarming to see sick children in the classroom when RSV is known to spread so easily. Instead of taking proactive steps to protect students, the school seemed unprepared and unwilling to enforce even basic health precautions. Families deserve transparency and a reasonable standard of care, and unfortunately, that’s not what we experienced. I truly hope the administration rethinks its approach to handling contagious illnesses, because right now, I do not feel confident in their ability to keep kids safe.
Review for Primrose We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose! The team is incredibly responsive to any of our needs and always keeps us updated on events happening at the daycare. They create a welcoming space for parents to ask questions, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the children. I’ve seen such wonderful progress in my child since enrolling here. She’s learning new skills every day, and it’s amazing to see her confidence and abilities grow. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a nurturing and supportive environment for the kids. Highly recommend Primrose to any parent looking for a reliable, caring daycare!
For the last three years, Primrose has been almost a second home for our kids. The school is clean and well organized and we have been impressed by many teachers at each new classroom. We are so grateful for the teachers’ care and for all the fun activities for both the kids and families which help to build a nice community. Our kids are always happy to go to school so we know that they enjoy it there too. Additionally, the school has been helpful accommodating our child’s special diet needs due to medical reasons. We would definitely recommend Primrose to parents in the area.
We love Primrose School of Clear Lake. Deciding to send our son here five years ago was the best decision we could have made! They were even amazing in accommodating his medical needs. Now all three of our children attend. Everyone is trustworthy and kind. They treat our kids like their very own children. They also put on several activities for the whole family throughout the year. To us, Primrose is family!
My family and I volunteered this past Sunday in celebration of Primrose's 10 year anniversary. There was free kids dj stations, train rides, hot dogs chips, water and the owner Mary Nguyen, even had a dipping dots cater the event. There were kangaroos, and other animals/activities. The parents had fun and the kids even more so.
