Twinkle Wonders School At The Galleria

The owner is very rude unorganized, unprofessional, the place is filthy, roaches in the main play area. The teachers and directors are very sweet but as the owner if you don’t want to be contacted you should update your direct number to the actual daycare. They allowed my daughter to come without paperwork or shot records but over two months later want to scream at me about records when I asked since day one when will I meet and do my paperwork. This is for the rice location the owner has no class. The directors should be first point of contact. Both times my daughter ended up with pneumonia and a head cold because they keep allowing this one sick baby to return back as the mom just drops the son off and keep going. They left my baby milk out all day in her bag and the one infant teacher can not speak English at all so it’s hard to communicate what is wrong.

This is a great place to have your kids at. My child loves it. Miss Ann and her crew are a God sent team and the school is one place I will always recommend to anyone who needs childcare. Also their 24hrs service which was recently started is perfect for our date nights. We Highly recommend this center.

This has been the best school/daycare for our kids! Both my children started as infants . My daughter loves her teacher Ms.Alma, and is always coming home telling me everything she learned I can’t believe this will be her last year as she’s starting kinder! I’m glad she was able to have mrs alma throughout her 4 years there! & My son omg he loves his teacher Mrs deisy! He even cries to go to daycare to see his teacher and friends! I love how they treat the kids as their own ! Thank you so much to everyone ! Oh and before I forget Mrs Kari! My kids come home talking about how good her food is lol they serve fresh and delicious meals through the day! Simply the best in town!

I've had now 3 children to go through Twinkle Wonders. The staff is accommodating, and they truly care about the children's learning and general well being. My kids are happy to go to this center every day and are sad when they can't be there during the week for illness or some other reason. Thanks for giving my kids lasting memories and offering a home away from home!

I want to start by saying that this review is long overdue! I only wish I had enrolled my daughter at Twinkle Wonders from the very beginning. After a difficult experience at another daycare, where she attended for just two months, I decided to switch her to Twinkle Wonders and it was the best decision I could have made. From her very first day, my daughter has been showered with love and care by the entire staff and her teacher. The team at Twinkle Wonders genuinely fosters a nurturing and supportive environment for all the children. My daughter loves attending daycare each day, and knowing how happy and excited she is to go gives me so much peace of mind. If you're considering Twinkle Wonders, don't hesitate they will treat your child with the utmost care, and you'll know they're in great hands.
