I pulled my daughter out after only one month. She was assaulted twice by the same child within about a one-week period. While the teachers and directors were kind, that means very little when the safety of vulnerable children cannot be ensured—especially when certain children are known repeat offenders. We were told my daughter had a scratch on her face, but when I picked her up, I also noticed marks on her back and around her neck. While I understand that no childcare environment can be controlled 100% of the time, more should have been done to prevent this from happening a second time. This is especially concerning because I personally witnessed this same child grabbing my daughter on a separate occasion when observing the classroom...this was the first offense. Unacceptable!
This facility is very clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. My daughter loves coming here. Everyone here communicates very well and they are super quick to respond to any questions or concerns that parents may have.
0 stars. There was an incident with my child that I ended up pulling her out of school and having to rearrange my work schedule to keep her home with me. They never followed up on any emails or showed that anything was done regarding the incidents.
Truly Exceptional Care at Children's Lighthouse Cypress - Fairfield I can’t say enough good things about this daycare. My 3-year-old has been attending, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff is incredibly friendly, passionate, and truly dedicated to the children. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing that my child is in such a loving and supportive environment every day. I’m so grateful for the care and attention they give to my child.
