About Ark Adventure Preschool
Ark Adventure Catholic Preschool Plano
Ark Adventure Preschool has served the Plano community for 40 years, providing a nurturing Catholic environment within the Seton Faith Formation Center. The program utilizes a hands-on, thematic approach to learning where children are encouraged to explore, create, and discover. Daily activities integrate skills in pre-reading, math, science, and social-emotional development, all following NAEYC standards. The facility offers flexible scheduling, including part-time morning classes and optional extended care in the mornings and afternoons. Led by Director Cheri Gazda, the school maintains structured student-teacher ratios (starting at 1:6 for toddlers) and operates with a strict nut-avoidance policy to ensure student safety. Monthly chapel worship and seasonal spirit days are integral to the community, fostering spiritual growth and a sense of belonging for toddlers through Pre-K students.
What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
An excellent preschool. Chery, the director, is kind and sweet. The teachers are incredible! The love, respect, and teaching they give the children is wonderful.
We just completed our first school year here and I must say, it was such a blessing to have my child here. Her teachers were absolutely amazing! The school director and staff are so kind and caring. My child has also impressed me and her dad with the things she has learned, even my friends have asked me, "Where did she learn that?" and I replied most likely her class. I was adamant about putting her in a school with CCTV but when I toured the school, it was so comforting to me the day I left that I immediately registered her here.
The director is worth the whole churches weight in gold. Her affection, compassion, and sheer concern for each person that walks through that door is a blessing. Each staff member is nothing but caring, engaged, and there to provide anything the kids need. I had to leave Ark last school semester, but as soon as I could my son returned this year and I brought his little sister with him. The school is honest and provides the needs that your child requires. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else but here!
This is one of the best preschools that I have seen and i have high standards! Ms. Sue and Ms. Alina in the 4yr old class are the sweetest teachers. They are very helpful, thoughtful, patient and have a great sense of humor! I recommend this pre school to anyone!!
This is a great school with great teachers! My daughter was here since she was two years old and graduated from PreK 5. They are a NAECY accredited school which was important to me. I loved everything they offered.
