While the physical facility is expansive and includes diverse amenities like a media center and dramatic play areas, the school also provides full-day kindergarten programs and after-school homework support.
What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
I have a had great experience at this school. We have been attending for 2 years now and it has been nothing but amazing. A big thank you to Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Amanda for all the support and hard work! My family & I trust Children’s learning adventures for the care of both my kids
My child suffered multiple injuries while enrolled at this center, including a black eye and other unexplained incidents. Despite repeated attempts to get clear communication and accountability, the director, and staff have been dismissive and unprofessional. Parents are not given logical explanations, and I have experienced a lack of basic courtesy such as follow-up phone calls regarding serious incidents. Additionally, children are often left unsupervised or placed in unsafe situations (for example, children jumping off desks, children playing in restrooms, and lack of staff attentiveness). These issues indicate systemic supervision and safety failures. When my child’s mother shared concerns in an online review, the school reached out to pressure her to change or remove it. Eventually, her review was deleted, which I believe is an attempt to silence legitimate parent concerns rather than address them. This is not an issue that can be resolved by “editing” reviews or surface-level responses. The safety of children is at stake, and parents deserve transparency and accountability.
Please do not send your baby to this facility. They are extremely dismissive with parents. My niece came home with multiple injuries INCLUDING a black eye. My sister tried to reach out to speak with the director Cheryl and everyone was “busy” when it came time for explanations. She has been “suspended” multiple times for situations that could have been avoided if the staff were more vigilant with actively watching and caring for the children. The things that have happened with my niece could have been avoided.
I have a had great experience at this school. We have been attending for 2 years now and it has been nothing short of amazing. From the friendly staff to the attentive teachers. My baby started in the 1 yr old room and is now in Preschool. Such a warm and loving place. Thank you for taking care of my baby as if they were your own!
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! They don’t take care of the children. My two year old hated it there. The staff is negligent and abusive. I requested my money back because they weren’t administering my daughter’s medication after she got sick while attending their facility on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS! They REFUSED TO REIMBURSE ME!!! Stating they didn’t charge for a two weeks notice. Why would I keep my daughter in an unsafe environment any longer by giving a two weeks notice. Make that make sense!!!! They have tons of different people watching your child, they don’t have a true curriculum, and they don’t assist in potty training if you are potty training at home. The Vice president called me and didn’t even have information on what took place with my daughter and even threatened me with an attorney. All the kids have snotty noses and are sick. My daughter was dehydrated, her iron went down, and she lost weight all in just 30 days of being there. The teachers are liars and unprofessional and won’t support your desires as the parent of the child. They are stealing parents hard earned money because they aren’t doing what is the best interest of the children. They would leave my daughter soaking wet and not use her change of clothes and put other kids pull ups on her. My daughter would get to the point where she didn’t even want me to drop her off and throw a fit. STAY FAR AWAY THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, NOTHING BUT TRASH AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!

Aggregated insights from public records & parent discussions
Safety Record
A 2023 lawsuit and subsequent settlement alleged that a four-year-old child was found alone in a locked, dark bathroom at this location after staff failed to account for his whereabouts. State licensing records from the Texas Department of Health and Human Services included citations for failure to properly supervise children in August 2022 and March 2023. Additionally, a 2025 employee review claimed that staff witnessed inappropriate discipline tactics, such as pinching children.
Parent Reputation
The facility maintains a mixed reputation with a 3.0-star rating on Yelp and varied feedback on parent forums. While many parents appreciate the specialized STEAM labs and diverse amenities, common complaints center on high staff turnover—with one parent reporting five different teachers in a single year—and inconsistent management. Reviews often contrast the impressive physical facility with concerns regarding supervision and communication.
Staff Insights
Employee reviews are generally negative, with a company-wide rating of 2.5 on Indeed and specific Humble location reviews citing poor management and low pay. Staff members frequently report a lack of support from leadership, high turnover rates, and unprofessional workplace culture. Some employees described the environment as disorganized and stressed that the high child-to-teacher ratios made transitions challenging.
