Super disappointed and betrayed by this daycare and their management. After 3 years of letting my oldest child go here and then my baby to have to switch them urgently due to safety issues constantly. NEVER have management in the office in the mornings to resolve problems or deal with situations first hand when they happen instead of rely on camera footage point of view and not the parents side of view in their small unsafe parking lot. I constantly reported the issues with the parking lot and safety since I’ve been almost hit multiple times with my kids because of parents being allowed to park, drive and enter or exit the lot however they chose to do. Even though “management “ would post or send out for parents to park in an actual parking spot and to enter one entrance and exit the other one so it is one way flow of traffic but yet they allow parents to go against the parking policy constantly and make excuses for why this or that parent can break the rule but other parents can’t. I have almost been hit while walking into this daycare while carrying my baby in her car seat due to parents being allowed to park in front of the door and not pay attention when leaving for parents and kids walking in the parking lot. I’ve almost been hit for a parent zooming into the parking lot and parking by the front door when I was walking out with my kids and management don’t care to stop it. Constantly was having to supply diapers , wipes, formula and baby food felt like daily/ weekly because they would also use the items for my kids on other peoples kids which is not my job to provide for other parents kids. They have some amazing teachers and others would rather be on their phone instead of watching kids. But most of all to have our lives threatened by another parent in the daycare parking lot with a weapon and management covering it up. Threatening to kick our kids out since we called the cops after being threatened by another parent with a weapon in the daycare parking lot. Management Lying on social media and covering up a serious incident that happened on their property with no management on site to see the incident first hand and allowing that family to still go to this daycare after pulling a weapon. allowing family members who shouldn’t be on the premises to drop kids off without walking them inside and signing them in or to walk inside period when not approved to drop off kids but no management onsite to stop it from happening. I highly do NOT recommend this daycare to anyone for their safety and their kids safety. This place needs new management in order to improve their facility and safety. Current management don’t care or do anything about it. Instead will punish the ones who follow the rules.

I am very disappointed in this daycare. I went here when I was younger. My oldest went here. I use to take my youngest here but have since changed. There is NEVER anyone up front in the morning to watch that small parking lot. They send out NO ONE can park in front of the door then turn around and tell other parents they can. I don't buy and bring dippers and wipe for other people's kids that is there job. They have some great people working there and then a hand full that are on there phone, not watching the kids. The final thing was that a parent threatened my life and management did nothing. Is this daycare safe , No. When a parent pulls a weapon and the staff does not care about that. But is upset that I call the cops. I am not going leave my kid with people like that. For the management/ owners to think that's OK. Wow. For management to post lies on Facebook that it never happened. It's on video, keep lying. The things this daycare is doing is open up for someone to get hurt or someone to sue the daycare. No, a place to take any kid.

So after not even 30 minutes of my son attending his first day they called my wife to get her to pick him back up. We spoke to them and told them about his disability due to a car accident at 6 months old he had two brain hemorrhages and a brain stroke. He is 4 years old. They stated to my wife that he was attacking kids and they had to remove him to another classroom but no kids but when she came to get him. He was in the classroom with the kids. Just minding his business getting into his chair not that long ago he's fairly started walking. My wife even said the lady she spoke to before admitting him was getting all rude and upset just to the fact my wife stated that if he has a seizure to give him a pill he might fight and clench his teeth. The lady started reacting rudely stating if he has too many seizures we're going to have to let him go and being all dramatic. WORST DAYCARE EVER!!! BUT I'LL BE LOOKING INTO LEGAL ACTION

The director of this daycare( Ester) in my opinion and from my experience is highly unqualified to be a daycare director. She is unprofessional, extremely rude,indecent, and insensitive! The director is far from an honest person. Director and staff failed several times to inform me about another kid bullying my son. When i approached director respectfully asking for a minute of her time to discuss she was very disrespectful. Which caused me to get upset. She and staff (mandy and Ana) will lie right to your face, with a straight face. She plays nice at first, wearing a mask that doesn't paint who she truly is as a person on the inside. After a bit of your kids attending, that mask slowly comes off. If you care nothing about your child's well-being or how they are treated, then by all means, let them attend this daycare.

This daycare is a wonderful place. They have helped my babies so much! Knowing my babies are well taken care of at this daycare just gives me pride. My babies where switched to this daycare after going to little hands daycare and being mentally and physically abused by the daycare workers and owners which I have a lawyer that I am using to deal with that whole situation. My babies have come so far and this day care after everything me and my babies have been through have made such an impacked on me and my kids. My kids are not terrified of daycare anymore and I can not say enough for the director of this daycare and her daughter they are the most amazing people and are so great with my babies. My essential workers child care is about to run out but I am definitely going to keep my babies here and i trust them. They have been open with me and very communicative with me and understanding of my kids wellbeing and have helped them through thier tough time of trusting people again when mommy has to be at work. I will recommend this daycare to anyone and everyone. This place is definitely a place my babies can call a loving environment!!!! Absolutely love all the teachers and the director just an amazing place!!!!!
