About Kid Care Preschool

Cottonwood Creek Kid Care Preschool

Cottonwood Creek Kid Care Preschool is a weekday ministry of Cottonwood Creek Church that has served the Allen community for over 11 years. The program focuses on providing a safe, faith-integrated environment for children ages 18 months through transitional kindergarten. Their thematic curriculum utilizes First Look Bible stories and Zoo-phonics to establish a firm foundation for academic success, while enrichment programs like Spanish, music, and physical education ensure a well-rounded developmental experience. The facility is designed for active learning, featuring an indoor gym and a unique indoor village with built-in learning centers. Led by Director Faith Roberts, a National Board Certified educator and former State Teacher of the Year, the program follows a schedule tailored for families seeking high-quality, part-time care. With a focus on social and spiritual growth, the school offers a nurturing atmosphere where children are encouraged to learn through active play.

Kid care has been the best thing for my little ones. The staff and teachers go above and beyond. I am a very overprotective mom and was very nervous about sending my children to preschool but wanted them to develop and learn to be more confident. Kid care goes above and beyond. My children have attended for two years and have made amazing developments. I'm sad my son will be leaving for kinder next year. But i know the memories he has from kid care will last.

My four-year-old twins love their pre-school class at Kid Care. Their teachers are energetic and fun, and really care about the kids. I feel great about what that they are learning academically, socially and spiritually! My two-year-old is in great hands in the Kids Day Out program. Her teachers are creative and nurturing, and she is learning academically, socially and spiritually, too!

Last year was my girls' (2 and 4) first year to attend Kid Care and we LOVED IT!! It was such a warm and inviting atmosphere, which is what we were needing after some experiences at our previous MDO. I started subbing in several of the classes in October and it made me so much more excited about everything my girls were getting. Learning about Jesus's love AND preparing them for kinder. This year I signed on to be a part of the staff full time. I love teaching at Kid Care, I love my girls attending Kid Care, I love being a part of their family!!

Kid Care is a wonderful Christian preschool run by an incredible director and a fabulous staff of loving, nurturing and energetic teachers. Both of my children have gone through Kid Care and experienced significant social, spiritual and academic growth which prepared them for the great big world out there.

Two of my kids attended Kid Care and our experience was amazing. The teachers are loving and caring. My kids matured both socially and academically. If you're looking for a Christian preschool, this is the one!
