My son was enrolled in the Advance Toddler-2 program. While the teaching staff are good, the management is very poor and completely money-driven. We faced a serious safety issue when our son had a bruise on his forehead. The school informed us but did not provide any first aid and could not explain how the injury happened. When we raised concerns, management responded casually, said bruises are “common,” and refused to review CCTV footage. This lack of accountability and concern was alarming. Later, my son developed a severe fever and respiratory issues and was advised by our doctor to stay home for several weeks. Despite clearly explaining that this was a medical issue and not a vacation, the management forced us to pay full fees, ignoring both our situation and basic empathy. The teachers may be good, but the management is irresponsible, inflexible, and focused only on money, not child well-being. Please think twice before enrolling your child here.
BPPS provides piece of mind that any parent needs. Rest assured that your children is in good hands, safe, learning,, and growing everyday. Lastly quality starts with cleanness and Firethorne’s facility is always in pristine conditions.
British Private Prep is an excellent daycare for children. The staff are very cordial and friendly. The curriculum is well structured and they teach the kids very well. I definitely recommend this place for any parents looking for a great daycare for their kids.
We have had 2 kids go through BPPS Firethorne and it has been wonderful every step of the way! The kids love it and we love it!
There aren't enough words that could ever explain how much we love BPPS in Firethorne. My daughter has gone here for about 4 years and will graduate from Bridge this May. The staff is beyond amazing and the communication is exceptional. The curriculum is outstanding and is way above what other preschools have. They prepare these kids for not only kinder/school but life. The skills and knowledge the kids have is beyond what you could hope for. We love and appreciate every part of BPPS!
