I have nothing but beautiful things to say about this center. Everyone is so loving and caring to both of my kids. I will always be thankful for this daycare. Staff is very attentive.

Where should I start? Firstly this is their first review in 2 years and the last one about sums up the attitudes and the rip offs that make up this childcare facility. Below is a TEXT MESSAGE from the “director” terminating services at 10:00pm at night while I was in a cold sleep. Did not call in a timely matter, but TEXTED ME! After I’ve been calling the center allllllll day and not one time was the phone answered! There is no grace period for pickup 6:01 their racking up money per minute, per child. they went from telling me $6 every minute to $2. I’ve had multiple communication issues with this center and wondered why my now 1 year old would cry everyday I dropped him off he literally never got comfortable with these people. Ms.Natalie has the WORST ATTITUDE and bully’s the school age kids and picks and chooses when she wants to report incidents depending on the child, cause she has favorites. A little boy took it upon himself to intentionally head but my 8 year old in the eye and I didn’t get a call, no incident report and when confronted about it she was clearly bothered and upset which resulted in this text. Save your money and your kids! I’ll be reporting this center to the state as well! Also attached below is a text message I received from my 8 year old on 04/04/2024 who had already expressed on multiple occasions how NATALIE acts like she doesn’t like them (my kids) and how she’s mean to certain kids but not others. Immediately after this text I contacted the center where again I was unable to speak to administrators cause they were gone “running errands” … instead I was confronted by NATALIE AND HE VERY NASTY ATTITUDE. This place is a scam and a joke. Not to mention the many days I’ve picked my now 12 month old son up and he was soiled with urine, or using a pacifier that was not his. Do you think I received a text about that? No! Natalie thought she was going to continue to bully my kids and when it was time to speak address matters like a woman she couldn’t handle it. The typical bully! You all have been warned !

My daughter attended this center for more than two years and I have nothing to say but that I'm so thankful at this daycare. The owners and teachers are sometimes helpful and willing to do their best for the kids and for the the parents as well. Unfortunately it didn't work out for us during summer camp, my daughter didn't feel comfy been surrounded by older kids with disciplinary issues. I paid for entire week and she stopped going by the second day. No refund, not a courtesy call received by owners. It is ok, we are thankful for the time she was there before though.

My son started here with the toddler class about a month ago. Every day he is so excited to go see his friends. His teachers are all wonderful and such sweethearts. They speak Spanish and English with the kids, so my son who isn't even 2 is starting to learn Spanish thanks to them. He can count to 10 in English and Spanish. He knows his ABC's. It's really mind blowing how much they actually work with then even being so little. I feel like this school is the best value, and I have no problem feeling comfortable with leaving him. I recommend Angel's to anyone needing a trustworthy and enriching daycare!
