What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
My son's 1st day as soon as me and his dad showed up he started balling saying the "Big girl hit him" as soon as he said that none of the staff showed concern at all just stood there like they all knew something happened and the "big girl" took off to another room and I asked why isn't anyone showing any concern? And where did she go? they started saying oh maybe he fell outside but he kept saying the Big girl hit him and pointed to the room that girl took off too and we we're told the older girl shouldn't be in there at all apparently she's only supposed to just clean but they told us she took off to go change another kid? Do not bring your babies here the lady in the front was professional but who they have watching the kids shouldn't be trusted.
These guys are fantastic with the kids ,also big help with potty training!!!! Thanks
My 2 oldest went here when it was Child’s play. My youngest went once new owners took over and it became ABC Learning center. I never had any problems. They are kind and anytime I had questions or wasn’t sure about something they were always very helpful and quick to get me a response. They took great care of my kiddos and even to this day (it’s been a little while Since they have attended) the workers will still recognize us and say hi. Never had an issue and would recommend to anyone in need of a daycare. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Parents PLEASE don't take you're children here!!! Children are often put down for nap time 1-2 hours before nap time. so they are forced to lay there motionless not sleepy. They are not allowed to get on the play set outside for I don't know what reason. Swear my child got sick from drinking old milk on more then 2 occasions. Which I think they recycle the milk. My child told me they pour what they don't drink into a bucket that is passed around the daycare and then the lunch lady took it. Which the lunch lady is not trained to watch kids but she does and she has no patients with them. They hire ghetto young girls that don't last but a week. Therefore you'er child won't get use to anyone. My child fail and they had no Band-Aids the employers brother-in-law had to go buy some they have no first aid kits the children play with old and broken toys . Pay a surprise visit to this day care if your child goes and you will see what I'm talking about

Safety Record
No major news incidents, closures, or legal cases were found for this location. However, licensing records identify the facility as a Licensed Child Care Center (ID: 1538929), and multiple reviews from both parents and former staff raise concerns regarding non-compliance with Texas state regulations and 'unbalanced' child-to-teacher ratios. One review specifically alleges the facility failed to comply with state law, though no official disciplinary actions were detailed in public summaries.
Parent Reputation
The center has a highly polarized reputation with significantly mixed reviews from parents. While some describe it as a 'well-rounded' facility with 'kind and attending' staff, others warn potential clients to avoid the center, citing an unprofessional environment and a focus on quantity over quality. Staff frequently report that management is unorganized, unprofessional, and fails to provide promised benefits or competitive pay.
