What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
The director and staff truly care for these kids! They are all CPR/AED/First Aid certified and are committed to the safety of their smallest clients. :) Center is large and clean with beautiful fish tanks and birds. Huge playground to run in the shade. Locked entrance ensures safety for all. Definitely recommend!
My daughters have both been going to Envirokids for over 4 years now. My youngest started in the baby class and has made her way through the entire center and is now in the pre-k program! My oldest started at 3 years old, graduated pre-k, she is now enrolled in the after school program which safely and reliably picks her up from school every day. She also does the school agers camp during holidays and the summer! They NEVER shut down during COVID which was a huge thing for me since I am a hospital employee! I am truly thankful for everything they put into place and the extra mile they went to stay open. I often refer families to Envirokids if given the opportunity. I feel like my daughters are safe, loved, and learning while at the center. My oldest was more than prepared for kinder when the time came and I am hoping the same for my youngest…I feel like she is on the right track. The staff is very quick to answer questions. The center director and the owners are very attentive to any questions or concerns I might have. I have never felt like my concerns were not truly heard. The quality of food is really good! My daughters love the food and have never complained about the quality. My youngest always says they have the best “cooker” ever! The center is very clean. The only negative I have seen is the turnover and at times being short staffed, but that is the nature of the beast especially in Midland! I think they do the best they can with the bodies they have in place. They offer theme days/weeks, party days, they do a large amount of crafts, and they pray before they each meal which is a huge positive for my family. If you are in need of childcare and want a place your kids can grow up feeling safe and loved then set up a tour and get your child enrolled.
My daughter has been attending this center for over 2 years and she loves it. The owners, the director, and the teachers have been super sweet and communicate well with parents. My daughter has developed mentally and blossomed socially. My older son also attends when he is off school, which was a lifesaver during covid-19 shutdowns. Envirokids adapted quickly and expanded their school-age program to accommodate essential workers' children and their educational needs. As an added bonus, they open earlier and close later than the majority of daycare centers in the area., which helps immensely for those of us who sometimes get held- over at work I have nothing but great things to say all- around!
My daughter has been at Envirokids for a little over a year now and all of her teachers have been so wonderful to work with! I cannot thank them enough for loving on my child 5 days a week while I am at work! Communication is key and the teachers and director have done a great job at communicating with me about my daughter! Envirokids is always clean every time I drop her off or pick her up at any given time. My daughter has reached so many milestones with the curriculum that is taught in each class and it blows me away! I love how involved the director is in each class and also the owners. They truly care for each child that’s in their care daily! I highly recommend Envirokids to anyone who is looking for childcare!
My daughter goes to Envirokids and within a short amount of time she has learned so much! Her listening skills have drastically improved and she enjoys going to school, not to mention they have a great facility with non toxic disinfectants; a child with asthma like my own see a positive effect rather than using bleach or other unsafe products. I have enjoyed the staff and directors, they are always helpful and they take their profession very seriously. My daughter has so many great things to say about her day, and her best interest is always at heart of her teacher. I definitely recommend Envirokids, especially if your child is eager to learn like most.
