My son has attended there since he was 12-weeks old and we had an overall positive experience. The communication through the Bright Wheel app is wonderful. You receive updates throughout the day, and there is quick communication if your child has a need. Jennifer and Diana also ensure that you feel heard and that your child is well-cared for each and every day. I really respect that they are so present at Sunshine - they are the first "good morning" you have each day and truly know your child from being hands-on in classrooms. Highly recommend attending Sunshine Cottage for your littles!
We love Sunshine Cottage! Our little one has been there for almost a year. They communicate well, send pictures most days. We love that they have a meal plan. All has moved through 3 “grades” and all the teachers have all been lovely. We plan to stay for a long time.
We have been sending our daughter here since she was 4 months old. She is now almost 5 and we are still very pleased with the quality of care and environment she is surrounded with. The teachers and caregivers truly care for the children and it is reflected everyday in their sweet and helpful demeanor. As a parent, it's not easy to leave your children and go to work, but I feel confident in knowing our LO is in good hands everyday when we drop her off!
My husband and I were so picky about where to send our girls for daycare but when we walked into Sunshine Cottage, we just knew it was the right fit for us. Not only is it an adorable school on the outside but it’s clean and colorful on the inside and we’ve loved all their teachers. Jennifer will go out of her way to make you comfortable, is gentle and kind and is a solid leader for the school. Even as my girls are experiencing “stranger danger” now, they’ve never once cried while being dropped off and are always greeted with a smile, so I know they feel safe too!
When moving to Buda it was extremely difficult to find a daycare that accepted and have room for both of my daughters. I’m so happy that Sunshine Cottage was able to accommodate them both because it has been nothing short of wonderful. Jennifer (director) is always available to speak with and always greeting us with a happy smile! My baby currently is in class with Ms Angie and Emma and she loves them! I trust them so much and love the continuous updates and pictures. My oldest has been with amazing teachers like Ms. Sabrina, Karla, Estella and now Melissa. She loves them all and enjoys telling me about her day.
