Authentic Montessori Academy at Alamo Ranch
Pinnacle Montessori of Alamo Ranch offers a dedicated academic environment rooted in authentic Montessori principles. Led by Director Esia Mercado, who holds a NAMC Montessori Diploma, the program focuses on the 'Absorbent Mind' stage of development. Classrooms are intentionally designed as multi-age spaces where children engage with specialized materials in math, language, and cultural studies at their own pace. Students from 18 months and older wear uniforms to foster a focused and cohesive learning community. The facility supports working families with extended hours from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM and comprehensive programs including summer camps and field trips. The curriculum emphasizes independence, concentration, and respect, with specific 'Practical Life' exercises that prepare children for future academic success. The campus features an outdoor playground and an indoor gymnasium, ensuring children have space for motor skill development in any weather.
What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
I highly recommend this school! My nieces attend Pinnacle Montessori, and whenever I pick them up, they are always engaged in fun and enriching after-school activities. Ms. Sophia is incredibly helpful and always greets everyone with a warm smile. I’m truly impressed by how wonderful this school is. I love knowing my nieces are in a place that is safe, clean, and well-organized. Thank you, Pinnacle Montessori!
My two boys have gone to Pinnacle (toddler and primary) for about 7 months now, they are so happy and love their teachers! We have never had any problems. My wife and I both love everything about the school from the teachers to the directors and admin. Walking into the building you are greeted right away by the outstanding administrators. They are always so helpful and very knowledgeable when we have any questions. We also LOVE that this school has camera access for parents to view. My wife was so happy about this option. Ms Patricia and Ms Karolina are both amazing and welcoming to my toddler. We were so worried about how our toddler would transition as my wife was staying with him previously but they were great at comforting him. Ms Tanya is a wonderful teacher and we love how independent our 3 year old has become and how much progress has been made. If you want a safe and loving environment where your children will also learn I would 100% recommend this school for your child. We definitely plan to keep our children here for as long as possible.
Pinnacle was my son's first school, he attended 3 years before graduating to Kinder. He was absolutely over the moon for his teacher, Mrs. Jackie. She created such a warm and caring environment that my son would be excited to go back everyday! Even now, he still talks about his first teacher! I wish we could have taken her to kinder with us. Wonderful school! Highly recommend!
Three of my grandchildren have attended this wonderful school! Miss Jackie’s superior teaching attributes have helped each one excel academically, socially, and emotionally! I have experienced many teachers, and Miss Jackie is the ultimate teacher everyone desires for their child! Thank you, Pinnacle Academy!
My nephews attend this school and I was blown away! We are beyond grateful for Mrs. Jackie Mansour. She is an incredible PreK teacher—kind, patient, and truly gifted with young children. Her classroom is a place where kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. My nephew has absolutely thrived under her care, both academically and socially. It’s clear that Mrs. Jackie Mansour genuinely loves what she does, and that love shows in how the children grow, gain confidence, and flourish. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our nephew's educational journey.
