What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
This is the worst daycare ever. Too much to explain so I’m going to be as brief as possible. Ms. Denise is very rude & very unprofessional, along with most of the employees there. I had several issues with this daycare. 1st issue I had was I had once arrived 5 mins late so Ms. Toya & Ms. Lillian told me I would have to pay $50 cash, & my daughter had said Ms. Toya had put her hands on her. 2nd issue was they wanted my work schedule never known a daycare that wanted a schedule of your job, 3rd issue the teachers would wear unprofessional clothing with weed plants on it, 4th issue they always would try sending my son home when he had a runny nose due to allergies because they are lazy & didn’t like dealing with him, even after taking my son to his pediatric doctor & giving the daycare a return letter they would deny care, 5th problem Ms. Lillian would let her daughter put her hands on my daughter & other children, I witnessed it several times. I truly don’t recommend this daycare. This place was hell! They act Christian like, but they are NOT. Please don’t take your children here. U will regret it!
Not sure how this daycare has bad reviews. My daughter has gone here for 3 years and ive never had a bad experience. they have worked with me when i had my own personal situations but they are about business. I will not take my child to another daycare because of whats going on now days.
This is the worst daycare ever!!!! Mrs.Denise is a horrible person and so is her daughter Mrs.Lillian. They are very rude people. Mrs.Denise is married to the owner but she runs all over him. She is very unprofessional!..They don’t feed your kids full meals. For breakfast they will only give a cereal bar!! They always have different people watching your kids..and the place always smells like sewage I seriously regret putting my daughter in there.this place needs to be investigated ..Parents please do not bring your kids here!!!!!..
Denise is very prejudice and very discriminative towards me and my son. I quote she told me “Im not dealing with you no mo”. The day before my mom was running late to pick him up I was working late and I checked my phone and realized I had to go get him so there was a late fee. The next day I dropped him off I forgot about the late fee I received no paper with the amount to pay. Denise instantly called me when I dropped off my son atleast 3 minutes later and told me I have to come pick up my son. I was confused and asked why she says the late fee. So I told her I forgot I was on the way back because I forgot my sons backpack and I can pay it. She said no come pick him up I’m not dealing with you no mo. And what she said after that was even worse. And my son has a permanent fracture on his cheek. They claim he ran into anther kids head.
If I could give no stars I would! First off, they released my child without asking my sister-in-law for her ID the first time she went to pick him up! I was told she was not ID’d because my son identified her. What if she wasn’t the person who was supposed to pick him up? Secondly, if you want your kids to eat unhealthy this is the place to go to! Pop tarts, pineapples, and orange juice for breakfast? No protein just sugar for breakfast. My son complained that one of the teachers pinched his arm. So are you caring for my child or abusing him? My son said they watched the movie Honey Rise Up and Dance which is PG 13 and you are not allowed to go to the daycare center if you are 13 years of age and older. This movie is not appropriate for kids there is scenes of people kissing, being inappropriate, sex and alcohol scenes, and actors talking about how they use to sell drugs! Then they filled my sons spot before my son was suppose to withdrawal and go to his new daycare. This place is beyond unprofessional and just wanting to let other parents know. Parents please pay extra and go to a center who knows how to be professional and not ghetto! Don’t expect to talk one on one adult to adult, other adults at the center jump in the conversation and get an attitude with you. The director is married to the owner so you can’t expect any changes to be made!
