What Parents Say

The teacher here are amazing and my daughters always have a lot of fun, but due to poor management I cannot with good faith recommend this daycare. Billing is a nightmare and we’re STILL being overcharged as they keep going back on their promises. I pay tuition for baby and toddler when I have a toddler and a pre-k kid, and they fail to fix it for MONTHS. Trying to contact those who are in charge (Debbie?) is absolutely impossible as I never receive their phone number nor their email, I have to depend on her reading the notes she gets send—surprise surprise, she either never reads them or doesn’t bother to contact me back. We were promised half tuition per contract as they were out for a week, but they went back on that promise too and it’s been nearly a month with radio silence on their part. I was promised that by the time my daughter turned 3 I’d pay the lower tuition for the pre-k room she is in, she’s almost 4 and still nothing. My youngest is 19 months and she’s STILL paying the high baby tuition while we were told that would change when she moved to the toddler room months ago, STILL NO NEWS. I’m sick and tired of this. I pay on time and they treat their customs by simply ignoring their requests for calls. At this point this is bordering on fraudulence as they cannot seem to keep their promises.
Jamie, the Manger there was extremely unprofessional, rude, and left the blame on others on why my sons paperwork was lost even though I turned everything to her personally 1 month before my son was supposed to start there. Her excuse was the person who enrolls the children took my paperwork to other locations and/or its at the owners house. When asked for the owners to reach out and resolve the issue I was never called back. So happy my son isn't being cared for by a irresponsible Manager. Maybe that's why staff are "walking out "?
I'm a teacher there and I love interacting with the kids whether it's that 1 on 1 time or if it's just a small group of kids. Also I love interacting with the parents and having that bond with them. The AD's are awesome there. Definitely recommend it!!!!
Our daughter has gone to this facility since she was one year old. She is excited for daycare every day and that's how you know they are taking good care of your child. The staff are wonderful and great about communicating how the day went and if there were any issues that came up to be addressed. We are so fortunate to have found such loving people we can trust to watch our child while we are away at work.
WORST MANAGEMENT. WON'T GIVE TAX PAPER. CLAIMING A DUE PAYMENT AFTER A WHOLE YEAR! I'VE PAID FOR EACH AND EVERY WEEK AND NOT RECEIVED RECEIPTS. THEY CLAIM PAYMENT DISCREPANCY WAS IN APRIL 2018. MY CHILD WAS TILL MAY 2018.. WHY WASN'T I TOLD ABOUT IT THEN? SHEER MONEY MAKING BUSINESS. HORRIBLE
Web Report
Aggregated insights from public records & parent discussions
Safety Record
In February 2020, the center was cited by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission for failing to report an injury requiring medical attention and failing to notify a parent after a child fell from a slide and sustained a head injury. The child was subsequently diagnosed with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, a severe form of epilepsy; however, the facility's director publicly disputed responsibility for the condition. While other locations under the same ownership have faced citations for 'harsh' punishments, this specific location is primarily noted in public records for the 2020 reporting violation.
Parent Reputation
Verifiable parent reviews for this specific location are nearly non-existent on major platforms like Google, Yelp, or Winnie, with the center's reputation heavily influenced by local news coverage of the 2020 slide incident. Public sentiment is negatively impacted by allegations from the parent involved regarding the facility's delayed emergency communication and safety protocols. No awards or recent positive mentions were found in local media or parent forums.
Staff Insights
Employee reviews for the brand's Victoria locations indicate a starting wage of approximately $10–$12 per hour and a work culture frequently described as unorganized and stressful. Former staff members have alleged 'aggressive' behavior by some colleagues toward children and characterized management as unprofessional and unsupportive. Common themes in employee feedback include high turnover and a lack of consistent communication from leadership.
