I wish there was 10 stars to give. I really appreciate everyone at the daycare for loving on my children. Great care and customer service. Will definitely recommend.
Today I called to ask if there was availability to enroll my daughter into daycare, the lady I spoke with was not helpful, she also was trying to get me off the phone. I tried to ask for the average wait list for my child's age she started giving me an attitude and said the she will call me back. I then told her there is no need to be upset and have an attitude, she then hung up on my face. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If she can't control her composure with and adult, what does that say about the children that are currently under their care.
My son attended this childcare center and overall he loved it! The staff were wonderful and welcoming. They always made sure my son felt comfortable! It is great environment for the kids and would recommend to a family, friend or stranger!
I'm only giving it one star because I can't give a review without it. This place is completely horrible. I have came to pick up my niece on several occasions and her clothes have mysteriously gone missing. The management has lied about the hours of operation to my sister and I. And the management is very rude and disrespectful. If I were you I wouldn't take my child here. I was told by others how bad they were, just wish I learned that before my sister enrolled my niece.
My grandbaby attended this day care all of 2 weeks. Poor management, owner stated she would accommodate and open at 5am and didnt not! We would drop him off clean and he would have a dirty nose and dirty cloths when we went to pick him up. Our toddler would cry upon being dropped off which was alarming. At the daycare we now go to he is happy to be dropped off and does not cry which says alot! Owner of this day care is also very rude and unprofessional
