We are so thankful to Shabana for taking care of our little one while at Sunshines in the Rain! Her home setup was very comfortable and she did a wonderful job taking care of the kids. The playground in the backyard was an extra bonus as kids could run around and play. Thanks for everything!

We absolutely loved our time at Sunshines in the Rain! Shabana is an outstanding caretaker and took such wonderful care of our twin girls starting at just 3 months old. As first-time daycare parents, we were nervous about leaving our babies with someone new, but Shabana immediately put us at ease with her warm, calm, and nurturing presence. She treated our girls like family, and it was clear every day how much love and attention she gave to each child in her care. The environment was perfect for our girls! Clean, safe and set up perfectly. Shabana was great about communicating with us and we learned so much from her! Sunshines in the Rain came recommended to our family when we were seeking a loving, personal, safe and supportive environment for our infant in south Austin. We feel lucky to have been connected with Shabana. She cares for our baby girl like she is her own. My daughter shows excitement to see Shabana each morning and I know she gets a lot of attention and time devoted to developmentally appropriate play and learning. Sunshines in the Rain is consistent and reliable and I value that I also get to have a relationship with Shabana and she devotes time to connecting with our family and providing meaningful updates. The hours offered are generous and there are very few days in a calendar year when we need to find alternative care. I highly recommend Sunshines in the Rain.
We brought our daughter here as an infant, after trying a larger day care. We have been thrilled with the results. Shabana focuses on development by allowing the children to express themselves, while ensuring they learn how to be part of the group and caring. Shabana has an outdoor play area where the kids play, weather permitting. In addition, having a personal connection with Shabana and watching her have one with our daughter, has been wonderful. We have recommended multiple families to Sunshines in the Rain and will continue to do so.
