The Goddard School of Jersey Village is absolutely wonderful! The teachers and staff are warm, caring, and truly dedicated to helping children grow and succeed. The classrooms are bright and engaging, and the curriculum is both fun and educational. My child is always excited to go to school and comes home with new skills, stories, and a big smile. We are so thankful for the safe, nurturing environment they provide and highly recommend this school to any family looking for the best start for their little one!

Today, I visited Goddard with high hopes that it would be the right place for my 4-year-old son, who is autistic. I left feeling disappointed, unheard, and honestly like my time was wasted. The first staff member who helped me was kind, and I appreciated that. But when I met with the person who was supposed to tell me about the school, she spent the entire time talking about Goddard in general—its programs, the other students—without once asking about my son, his needs, or what I was looking for. I eventually had to interrupt just so I could explain a few important things about him. I also shared that my son eats a very limited diet, including peanut products for protein, which we would send in a bottle. I was immediately told peanuts aren’t allowed on the property, with no effort to explore solutions or offer understanding. Overall, I left feeling deeply let down. I know there are better schools out there that will take the time to truly understand and support my son, and that’s exactly what I intend to find.

5 stars for these women who work directly with my kids daily! Miss Nae, Miss JJ, & Miss Shruti are great staff members! Nae is very attentive to all kids and I see the way parents in the building stop and look for her and the way she doesn’t hesitate to look out for all kids and she reinforces the core values that I teach my children. She is not the type of person who comes in for the paycheck but someone who enjoys building genuine connections and even brings in clients who love her the moment they meet her! Such a GEM! Miss JJ is so kind and is always teaching & setting GREAT examples for the little ones in EVERY class she’s in. The way I watched her de escalate a toddler while showing compassion and offering comfort when he got upset while still following through with the standard of cleaning up was phenomenal. And the young baby gave his ASSENT to completing the task she presented. This is something she does DAILY and I love to see it. Ms Shruti has helped me to reinforce positive things with my toddler and is a great motivator for my kid to come to school everyday. She literally looks for her teacher on the regular and I’m appreciative of the way to she helps her learn. She was a big help during her potty training once my daughters previous teacher left and she has been great!

Extremely disappointed with our experience at The Goddard School. We enrolled our autistic son believing they were equipped to support neurodiverse children. That was not the case. From the beginning, we informed them our son had low-spectrum autism. But when the principal changed, she claimed she didn’t know about it—showing a serious lack of internal communication and follow-through. There was constant, unprofessional turnover of teachers and leadership, with no explanation. Our son struggles with transitions—a need we clearly shared. When he finally had a teacher who supported him, he started to do well. But the support didn’t last. We were often called to pick him up with conflicting stories between staff and our scared child. On his last day, my husband was told he “wasn’t involved,” just because I usually did the pickups—even though he attended every family event. The most frustrating part: while applying to kindergarten, we asked multiple times for a reference form to be submitted. They claimed it was—but it never was, and our son missed out. For the next school, I had to bring it in myself and have them fill it out in person. During a Halloween event, our son and another child walked out of the school unsupervised and ran through the parking lot. No one was watching the door. That’s a serious safety issue. Not everyone there was unkind—there were a few staff members who truly cared—but overall, the experience was not supportive, professional, or safe. We left feeling dismissed, unheard, and heartbroken.

I am a co-parent with drop off and pick up, since Ms Kim and Ms Candice as directors have left or got fired which ever. They were awesome I noticed the interaction with the kids. I don’t see that. When bring my grand off there no structure in the classroom never saw that so many different teachers. You fired or they quit you let them go. The staff at the front always sitting in that same spot when I drop off and pick up. I really needed to speak to the owner. My thoughts are does he know what going on with his facility if not mother will be leaving for a better School environment because there are a lot of chaos there,
