What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
My kids have been going to this daycare since 2021. It’s so convenient because it’s close to their school and they are open until 6:30 if your commute from work is long. My kids love it and we have no complaints! If there are any concerns or issues the office staff are always available to talk and find a resolution. In the summer they also do field trips for the schoolers so they can enjoy their summer as well.
My son Jalil has been attending for about 5 years now. What an experience and a privilege for him being able to attend from this point on. They have worked with, nurtured and took very good care of the last of my four very well. Every child has growing pains and some learning and behavioral curves, like my son, but I've witnessed and experienced them handling everything professionally, being transparent with me and keeping in the loop with his care and when challenges arise. Most importantly they treat my baby like he was their own, and I feel content he is good hands everyday. Thank y'all so much for care, love and patience for our babies, especially mine 🫶🏾
My daughter has been coming here for a little over a year now. Prior to that, I stayed home with her for the first two years. Naturally I was very nervous about her being apart from me, but I couldn’t be happier with my decision to bring her here! The teachers and staff are caring and attentive. If she is sick during the day, they don’t hesitate to call and inform me. They are communicative and keep me informed on her progress. I’ve never had a concern about her safety here, which was my biggest worry when searching for daycares. My daughter has fallen in love with the school, has made friends, and loves her teachers and staff. She has also learned a lot which I highly appreciate. They engage in many activities throughout the day (I love checking the app and seeing pictures throughout the day) to increase their knowledge. She comes home excited to tell me about her day, and in the mornings she is excited to go and see all of her friends. This school has brought me ease in knowing my daughter is safe and growing in knowledge daily. I’m grateful for the teachers and staff here, and I highly recommend this school to anyone! We love 259!
My experience with this day care haunts me until this day. I feel physically sick thinking about what my poor baby must have gone through going here. She received two bite marks without anyone telling me how or when it happened. We only stayed for 3 months and that was way too long and I forever feel guilty about it. This daycare has a culture of not engaging the kids and let them run wild and then saying your kid is bad for doing what kids do without structure. They turn the iPad on often and put it on the door and the poor kids look up at it. It must hurt their necks looking up for hours like that. I’m so sad my poor baby came here and it took me a while to see how terrible this place was. When all the other parents are happy it makes it seem like you’re crazy for thinking you’re not. Please run as far away from this place as possible!!
My oldest 5 yr old daughter has been going here for the past 2 years and loves it! My 1yr old has been here since she was about 5 months old and she has a blast! This is like their second home. The staff is great with the kids and very hands on. Anytime I ever had an issue it was addressed immediately. We don’t plan on leaving anytime soon, and I would definitely recommend Childcare Network!
