We’ve had a wonderful experience, communication is excellent, they keep parents well-informed and are always responsive and transparent. You can truly tell that the staff genuinely care about the children. The environment feels safe, nurturing, and positive. I would highly recommend this daycare to any parent and would strongly encourage you to consider registering your child here.
My daughter has been going to Koala Cubs since she was 2 months old. Well she is 5 now and in Pre-K. I highly recommend this daycare not just because they value their parents, are friendly, passionate, supportive and communicative but I love them also because my daughters teacher is well pleased with the knowledge that she came to Pre-K knowing. By the time she left Koala, she knew how to hold a pencil, write her name, how to hold and cut with scissors, she knew most of her letters and sounds & how to count and recognize her numbers to 10. Her vocabulary skills has surpassed her teacher expectations. She has been commended on her social skills as well as her emotional skills. If you are looking for a place that’s going to truly help get your child ready for school then Koala Cubs is the place to be.
My son has been attending Koala Cubs since he was 6Months, they have been great! It is a good feeling when you can drop your child off in a caring and safe environment. They are prompt in addressing any concerns you have as a parent.
My son has been going to Koala cubs since 2020. Although a lot of the staff has changed throughout the years, they have all been very kind and I trust that my son is getting excellent care. The director Sharon has been the 1 constant and she has always been a pleasure to talk to and has always been informative and accommodating. I definitely recommend!
The daycare has gradually improved in many ways. I love the new director she has the children learning new curriculum every week and also, we receive through phone when they are changed, what they ate,and pictures. My son and daughter have attended there since they were infants, my son is 3 and my daughter is 2. My son for a while didn't communicate at all, now I'm proud to say since new director came in with all the new curriculum and activities they have, he is now talking!!! The staff is all so caring and loving I definitely feel safe when I leave my kids in their care!! Thanks Koala Cubs!!!😁🤗
