When my daughter was 4 months she started here and i pulled her out within two weeks. The lady at the front desk seemed to always have an attitude with me and was very rude. She never answered the phone when I called and I was a very new mom so that was new leaving my child and it seemed any time i called nobody answered the phone. Then she lied on me about something that literally had nothing to do with me. At the age she is at that’s ridiculous to lie on other parent and give out my information without my permission. I’m happy I took my daughter out. Also they had some random bib around my daughter even though she had bibs in her bay bag. I didn’t like that and they didn’t inform my daughter had a diaper rash i had to find out when i took her home and saw it was baby cream whatever it was on her without my permission nor did i get informed. I definitely don’t recommend this place!
I never have to worry about my daughter here, always well fed and well taken care of every time I go to pick her up. They also do fun things like finger painted photos and holiday photos around the holidays :)
Staff is great with the babies. Everyone was nice & very informative. The director was great! Faith is fantastic!! I’d bring my child back. Only thing I didn’t like was not getting updates throughout the day but I knew he was in good hands. 5 stars all around
Honestly the best experience I’ve had with daycare! Very very very caring to my child & pays attention to every detail of every child. I love it. My daughter comes home asking for the director, even on weekends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
