Love this location it’s near my home, and some of the caregivers have been at this same location for quite some time, and they’re always very accommodating around my hectic schedule thank you!
It's an acceptable place to take your kids; however, there's room for improvement regarding the staff's attitudes. Today, my husband picked up the kids, and as usual, I had his wallet, so he only had cash. The lady was extremely rude, and I heard my baby repeatedly saying goodbye to her, which she ignored. Had I been present, the situation would have unfolded differently. I didn't intervene since I was on the phone and unaware of what was happening. After they arrived home, my husband was upset and expressed that the lady's attitude was horrible, and her behavior towards our baby was particularly disturbing. She seemingly assumed we wouldn't make the payment after receiving the service, which would be considered theft of service. As a business owner myself, I'm surprised they didn't research the individuals they interact with. I want to emphasize that, in two years, I have never failed to make a payment.
5 stars! Adventure Kids Playcare in McKinney has been a lifesaver for our family! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and prompt. Megan and Gabriel are especially wonderful with the kids, always respectful and sweet. The meal options for lunch and dinner are so convenient, whether it’s for a daytime camp or a date night. As a busy mom and business owner, I appreciate the flexible hours, which help with last-minute meetings and errands. The check-in process is super easy, and the variety of programs and payment options make it a perfect fit for our needs. Highly recommend this place!
Both of my kids absolutely love Adventure Kids McKinney! They always have a blast and especially enjoy the special craft and daily activities. Every visit has been a great experience—the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Hands down, it’s our favorite childcare spot!
