What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
Our family has had an amazing experience at Primrose School of Frisco at Independence, and I truly cannot recommend it highly enough. We have sent all three of our children here, and our youngest, Noah, is still currently enrolled for another year and a half. Both Ava and Lana entered Kindergarten fully prepared and already ahead of their grade level—not just academically, but socially as well. Their reading, writing, math skills, confidence, and social development were noticeably advanced, which speaks volumes about the quality of education and care they received at Primrose. The leadership team, Mrs. Campbell and Mrs. Ambrose, run an absolutely fantastic facility. The school is filled with energy, positivity, structure, and genuine care, and it shows the moment you walk through the doors. They have created an environment where kids feel safe, encouraged, and excited to learn every single day. Every teacher our children have had has been kind, caring, loving, and incredibly skilled at what they do. It’s clear that the staff truly cares about the children—not just as students, but as individuals—and that level of dedication makes all the difference as a parent. Choosing Primrose was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our kids. If you’re considering a place that combines top-tier early education with a warm, nurturing environment, this school is it. We are beyond grateful for the role Primrose School of Frisco at Independence has played in shaping our children’s early years. Highly, highly recommended.
Highly recommend this school. We came from a small Montessori that was not a good fit for us. In the last two years, we have seen our child blossom in ways we didn't know were possible. We noticed a significant decrease in sick days right away. There is excellent communication through the app, in person, and emails so we can remain a team with our caregivers. The tight age banding helps teachers focus on age appropriate learning and behaviors, as opposed to the 3-6yo range at the Montessori. We loved it so much that we moved our second child (2yo) there a few weeks ago too and we've already noticed her becoming more verbal and social. She talks non-stop about her friends and classroom.
Primrose has been great so far as a daycare option for my daughter! They provide abundant educational opportunities for toddler learning development which is great to keep the tiny minds engaged. My daughter loves her Primrose teachers and is excited to go everyday. The social interaction exposure with other toddlers is an added benefit! Plus overall balanced meals throughout the days. Keeps my mind at ease and with timely check ins, I can rest assured that my daughter is having an amazing day! Thanks you Primrose!
We absolutely love Primrose! The care and attention they give to the children is exceptional. Our child has thrived in their environment—not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well. One of our favorite things about Primrose is the variety of activities and special opportunities they offer. From themed days to creative learning projects, there’s always something exciting going on that keeps our child engaged and happy. The staff truly go above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for the nurturing, well-rounded experience they provide. Highly recommend!
We absolutely love Primrose at Independence! Our son has been attending since he was just six months old, and from the very first visit, we knew this was the right place for our family. The moment we walked through the door and spoke with the staff, we felt welcomed and at ease. The teachers and staff are truly WONDERFUL—caring, friendly, and always responsive. They take such great care of our son, and we’re constantly amazed by how much he’s learning every single day. One of our favorite things is getting real-time updates and photos throughout the day. It’s so reassuring to see all the fun, educational activities he’s doing. This is such a special place, and we can’t recommend Primrose at Independence highly enough!
