The Goddard School of Leander

Everyone at Goddard Leander is amazing. The love and care they give to each and every student can easily be seen and felt. I feel confident on my kids is completely safe and is being nurtured. My kid has learned so much being there. There are other preschools/daycares closer to home, but none gave me the same level of confidence and the drive is worth it to me. Cannot recommend Goddard Leander enough.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Goddard. As a parent having peace of mind that your child is safe, loved and cared for is simply priceless. I appreciate from the first hello to the passing goodbye, I am met with such kind and friendly energy from the admin team. The teachers my daughter has had are truly top notch as each of them has gone above and beyond to ensure she thrives in the classroom. The mix of play and structure in the curriculum is great because kids get to be kids and they learn SO much while doing what kids do best (have fun!). I truly love Goddard and I'm so blessed we are part of their family.

We have had the most incredible experience at Goddard Leander. I truly believe this is a gem in our community—one of the best, if not the best, preschools in the area. My son is walking into kindergarten next week confident, well-prepared, and excited for what’s ahead, and I credit so much of that to the nurturing, engaging, and thoughtful environment this school provides. The teachers here are career preschool educators with a genuine passion for what they do. Their dedication shows in everything—from the way they care for each child as if they were their own, to the incredible curriculum they design. They’re constantly finding new, creative, and fun ways to teach and engage the children, making learning a joyful experience every day. What makes Goddard Leander truly stand out is the heart of the staff. When my son broke his leg, and we navigated returning to school, the love, grace, and support we received from every teacher and administrator went above and beyond. They ensured he always felt included, cared for, and part of the class, and that level of compassion is something I will always remember. I have never once felt anything but comfortable and confident leaving my son in their care. We are so grateful for the lasting impact this school has had on his early years. I can’t recommend Goddard Leander highly enough!

Our daughter has been at Goddard for almost 2 years and we absolutely love our preschool! All of our daughters teachers have been nurturing, dedicated, and truly treat each child like family. Their play-based approach to learning allows kids to explore, grow, and thrive in a way that feels both fun and meaningful. One of our favorite things is how much time the children spend learning outdoors. We also appreciate how committed the school is to professional development, continually offering education for their staff throughout the year. It's clear they're always growing and evolving. We couldn’t imagine a better place for our child to learn and grow!

We absolutely love our son's teachers and the play-based curriculum at Goddard. The assignments and activities are creative, engaging, and designed to spur the children's curiosity and imagination. Our son genuinely enjoys going to school. We also appreciate the teachers' flexibility and their individualized approach to each child’s needs. Our son requires extra support with potty training for bowel movements, and the teachers have been incredibly patient and helpful. The school’s stability and lack of staff turnover are also very reassuring. It’s clear the teachers enjoy working there, and their positive attitude shines through in the children’s learning experience. We love receiving picture updates about the highlights of our son's day as well as direct feedback from the teacher at the end of the day.
