Warning. This is a voucher daycare. It use to be nice but once they started accepting the vouchers it went down hill. Staff were nice but the kids weren't. Dont recommend. Only 2 stars for the staff.
If your thinking about enrolling your child/ren here DO IT!!! I Couldnt be happier with the decision I made to send my twins to south shore kinder care and this location specifically. Paige and Brittani always go above and beyond for the children and the staff, there has been many times when my twins were still infants and they have carried a carseat to my car for me, im very grateful to have found this daycare and the ppl in it. My sons have been at this daycare for a year and I dont plan to move them anywhere else, im willing to drive long distances just to make sure my boys are treated fairly and well taken care of! My sons will cry to be dropped off at daycare, they love their teacher Soraya she is so sweet and patient. The directors are very punctual when it comes to sickness and injuries. I always know when there is any type of incident right after they doctor my children up. Thank you for all the hard work and dedication and patience it takes to be child care workers and vall are much appreciated!!
We just restarted here again. I was was nervous about the transition but I had a previous experience with this centre when my son was little and they left a really good impression. The staff is very welcoming and informative. My initial experience with them was in 2020 and that left a very good impression so I kept the school in mind. They encourage independence which I like and also I have noticed academic improvement with my toddler. Mrs.Garza, Ms.Paige and Ms. Kelsey are so sweet and I think the staff works well together. Also, I love the fact that they offer extracurricular activities. They made transitioning here so easy and very straight forward.
Our daughter has been attending KinderCare South Shore since she was 6 weeks old, and sending her there has truly been one of the best decisions we have ever made. We have loved our experience since the very first time we called for information. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly each and every day. The team has held our hand every step of the way through her developments, and we will forever be grateful as first-time parents. Our girl is 2 years old (going on 15), and I attribute a GIANT portion of her knowledge, confidence, intelligence (and sassiness) to KinderCare South Shore.
Simply Put, KinderCare South Shore is AMAZING! I was set on finding a place I truly felt good about for my daughter and Kinder Care is that place! You can really tell that the Director & teachers are passionate about what they do. To me, that is such a big deal. Everyday my daughter is greeted with a smile and she looks forward to getting there in the mornings to see her friends & teachers. One of our favorite features is the KinderCare App! Every day while at work, we get updates on the food she eats (I should add, they offer a great variety of healthy & yummy options!), potty time, activities they are doing & pictures! This alone provides loads of comfort for my husband and myself. The facility is so nice, very welcoming & inviting to the little ones! During the pandemic, they have gone above and beyond to keep the kiddos safe which is so appreciated. They even go as far as to send weekend health reminders on when you should and should not send your child to the facility. I also have to note, I love the structured learning. It's not just play time all day. My daughter is learning so much and I am amazed and they new things she tells me each week! We couldn't be happier & if I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!
