this location is almost always busy when I go there, but the associates I’ve met handle it all professionally and with friendliness. Their associate, Manal, helped me with my order last week and was very sweet!
Ms Taylor absolutely incredible. Assisted me when systems were not running properly. And took her personal time to reach out to me to finish my transactions. Great team in the store.
I frequent this location and Taylor is ALWAYS a big help. My children love going in to see her and we are always greeted with a smile! She makes our shopping experience flawless and we look forward to coming in every time. She keeps the store clean, organized and smelling so good. Not too many stores have that first impression when you walk in. Keep up the great work. Taylor is a marvelous asset to this store.
More customer service training is definitely needed at this location. Yikes! I simply asked for a bag after making a size-able purchase online and the clerk rudely told me that they cost 15 cents as she proceeded to throw the receipts in my hand also assuming I didn’t want to pay for a bag. Just rude. I actually would have bought one so maybe don’t be so quick to assume. I love children’s place in general but I’ll think twice before coming back for order pickups or buying items from this location.
