About Arlington II Child Care Center
4-Star Early Learning Studio in Arlington
Arlington II Headstart & Child Development Center has been a pillar of the community since 1992, operating under the renowned Child Care Associates network. As a designated 'Early Learning Studio,' the facility moves beyond traditional daycare models to provide a mission-driven, high-quality educational environment. The program is specifically designed to support the 'whole child,' integrating education with essential health and nutritional support to ensure every student is on a path to a successful future. Led by Director Anna Chapa, the center maintains a prestigious Texas Rising Star 4-star rating, the highest quality mark awarded by the state. The classrooms are vibrant spaces filled with age-appropriate learning tools, from specialized block areas to literacy nooks. Parents often highlight the 'family feeling' of the center, citing a unique policy where teachers often stay with the same group of children as they age up, providing much-needed consistency during early development...
What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
teachers in the classroom are seriously rude. having a bitter eexperience.
This place is very rude on top of my child catching Covid the 3rd day she’s there then to try to be argumentative to the parents and smart mouth is because we’re concerned about our child.. Valerie and the Muslim lady which I am Muslim myself but the shortness and rudeness is in no way ok y’all really made us feel unimportant and small and disrespected..can’t wait to talk get the call back from director Patrick!!!
Great place very nice people professional employees my daughter she's enjoyed their thank you guys for your work
Is one of the best care for kids all my kids when there 4 of them and I do recommend it to all parents
My review is long over due. Early Head Start is an incredible program! I was impressed with the education they offered. The environment is clean and inviting. When you walk in the building, it is brightly lit, the floors are sparkling clean and it smells very nice. Mr. Will is the custodian and he did an excellent job. He went above and beyond and was always smiling and greeting everyone - he knew the kids by name and gave high fives and hugs. Very sweet man. One of our kiddos had some nutritional needs and Ms. Rosa the cook was amazing at helping meet those. She was also incredibly kind and always hugged my kids and was genuine. The teachers are top notch and truly value and love each child. I appreciated that Early Head Start program has the teachers move up when the child moves up so that they are given consistency during their time there. The teachers are gifted and passionate about teaching the young ones. While there we had Ms. Bruno, Ms. Austin, Ms. Destiny, Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Curry. But I know all the teachers in all the classes are incredible. The program director, Ms. Bridgewater has done an excellent job of creating an incredible environment for everyone. You could feel the family feeling they had there. It really felt like we won the lotto when we got accepted since spots are limited and its the only Early Head Start in the entire city of Arlington.
