Cadence Academy Preschool Cedar Park
Operating for over 28 years, Cadence Academy Austin-Cedar Park utilizes the Ascend Curriculum to balance academic achievement with play-based discovery. Led by Director Dannette Raya, the facility serves children from 6 weeks to 12 years old, providing specialized programs including private kindergarten and school-age support. What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
Cadence is a perfect fit for our family. Our kiddo has been attending since he was 5 months old and is now 3 years old. Each room move up he's enjoyed the teacher and activities. The staff is great support. When we first started attending Cadence the teacher's in the infant room provided so much relief, encouragement, and support for me as a new mom. They may have not realized but their support helped me through my PPD. The Admin staff is amazing as well! They're excellent at communication and the day to day operations of the school. But they're also incredibly kind and know _all_ the children's names. We toured 5+ daycares before our son was born and I am so happy this is the one we chose.
The director, Ms. Dannette, is an amazing person and an excellent teacher. She is incredibly supportive, kind, and truly dedicated to her students. The school itself was very clean and well-organized, and Ms. Dannette was actively involved in all the classrooms. She’s a true leader who supports both teachers and students with genuine care and commitment. We absolutely loved the school and the nurturing environment it provides. Our only concern was that it was quite a drive from our home in Georgetown.
My husband and I are both so happy we decided on Cadence for our son! He has learned so much since he started. My son has speech delays and is a very picky eater. Fast forward a year and a half later, he’s more verbal and he loves to eat. I can not thank Cadence Academy enough. And he’s starting to write. He’s 4 years old and he can write his name and he’s starting to write more and more words. He loves this school and all the friends he’s made. Their curriculum is great, and they are always doing projects. All their rooms are open and big windows. Also, all the sinks are at the children’s level, so they don’t have to get on stools. We wanted more for our son and Cadence has been that for us. We are so grateful for all the teachers and the admin here. 🙏🏼
I cannot imagine taking my kiddos anywhere else - we love Cadence Academy! My son recently graduated from their pre-k program and has a little sibling here now too. We trust the staff and teachers, and they always have the best interest of the parents and kids in mind. The monthly newsletters and family events are awesome too!
Beautiful and safe school!!!! Very clean.... all the teachers are very nice. My baby Mia's first time in school. Of coarse she was a cry baby leaving mommy early mornings. Mia's teacher was always so comforting, making sure Mia was adjusting very well. Again most import director Lisa and teacher make sure the kids are safe in a nice clean work area. Thank you for everything ❤️ Schools app makes parents day go by easy providing hour by hour activity list also with pictures. Top notch
