Xplor Preschool of McKinney

Our daughter has been attending Xplor for almost 6 months, and we could not be happier. We came from another local daycare where we'd had a few issues and were nervous about enrolling her in a new place. From day one, she walked right in and felt comfortable and confident. She started in Ms. Naga's class and is now in Ms. Tamia's class and both teachers are excellent. I've also been impressed that other teachers recognize, greet, and engage with MacKenzie every day when we drop her off or pick her up. They really helped her transition and make friends and are great at keeping us looped into her behaviors. They're quick to highlight when she's doing well but also have a great way of letting us know when she needs a little more support from us. I've really appreciated how they've kept us informed on how she treats her friends, how much she eats (or in our case doesn't eat) at lunch, and her engagement overall. She comes home telling us about her friends and what they did each day and she is always eager to share about the Spanish words she's learning (and corrects my pronunciation confidently). We feel really grateful to have her at Xplor and for Ms. Naga and Ms. Mia.

My son has been at this school since he was 6mo. Now that it’s been almost a year, I can honestly say it has been one of the best things we’ve done for him. The teachers that are there really work together to make sure he knows he is loved and encouraged as he grows! Ms. Belle, Ms. Swathi, Ms. Kayla, Ms. Naga and of course the assistant principal Mrs. Pam are just such a blessing to our family and my sons story. Thank you Xplor for loving our son!!

Our child truly loves going to Xplor. From the very beginning, when we first toured with Ms. Pam, we felt welcomed and had such a positive experience. Miss Swathi has been an incredible teacher for our little one. She is kind, nurturing, and so patient with the kids. We’ve noticed real growth in our child’s learning, from remembering songs to recognizing letters and numbers, which we believe comes directly from Xplor’s strong curriculum. One of the things we appreciate most is the way Miss Swathi keeps us connected to our child’s day through photos and detailed daily reports. It makes us feel like we’re part of the classroom experience. Our child has also had the joy of being under the care of Miss Shaista and Miss Kayla, who have both been wonderful as well! It’s clear that every member of the Xplor team, from management and the front desk to the teachers, truly cares for the children. They make each child feel seen, valued, and excited to learn. The balance of structured learning, playtime, and social interaction creates a safe and engaging environment where kids can thrive and build friendships. As parents, we couldn’t be more grateful for Miss Swathi and the rest of the Xplor team. We recommend Xplor to any family looking for a place where learning is fun, meaningful, and full of care.

My home has been so peaceful thanks to the teachers here. Best recommendation we’ve ever had. My kid has learned so much it has been beautiful to see the growth in such little time. Ms Heaven is the teacher and we couldn’t thank her more! The love and care is just the start, the lesson plans are very effective. Very lucky to find this gem.

When I moved to Texas from across the country, Miss Pam at Xplor was my first point of contact, and was so kindly able to do a FaceTime tour with me to show me their beautiful and large campus! I signed up my kids for Xplor before moving, and their enrollment was all set when were here. My two boys have loved attending Xplor since 2023! Their days are filled with fun activities, classes, creative art projects, tons of outdoor play, dancing, special visitors, and much more! The teachers and staff are so warm and welcoming. My boys have had the pleasure of having the kindest, warmest and enthusiastic teachers, such as Miss Belle and Mr. Alexander (who encouraged my youngest take his first steps, and recorded it for me so I could see!!), Miss Shaista, Miss Swathi, Miss Naga, Miss Tamia, Miss Heaven, Miss Yamila Mr. Ethan, Mr. Chris, and Miss Tylah. My oldest son loved having Miss Tamera, and Miss Nelke for Pre-K. ALL of the staff here is amazing! Another reason I chose Xplor is the HUGE outdoor play areas they have, which I have heard is the largest outdoor area of any other school nearby. I highly recommend Xplor to all families!
