About The Summit School
Summit Preschool of the Mount
Summit Preschool is a ministry of The Mount Church, serving families in the Keller community since 2006. Operating Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, our program is designed to instill a love for God alongside a love for learning. We utilize a theme-based curriculum that emphasizes "play with a purpose," ensuring that every craft and activity supports the development of the whole child. Our facility features dedicated learning centers for art, science, reading, and dramatic play. For children approaching kindergarten age, we offer a specialized "Bridge" class to help build confidence and readiness for a structured school environment. Led by Director Karen Otto, who has over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, our staff is committed to nurturing unique gifts in a hands-on, center-based setting. Please note that students are required to bring their own lunch daily and wear closed-toe shoes for outdoor play.
