What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
Our daughter loves going to school! Some days she doesn’t want to leave. Ms. Cassie, Mr Jack and their supporting floaters are absolutely phenomenal at their jobs. The facilities are great, and our daughter loves Chef Charles yummy food.
We’ve had an extremely satisfying experience at LSP. Since infant one class, our daughter has been well taken care of. Now that she is in toddler one class, we are beyond happy with the curriculum and activities she encounters on a daily basis. She also loves Mr Charles’ food!! She’s so excited to go to “school” every morning. We and adore her teachers Miss Gianni and Miss Kianna. We couldn’t imagine placing our child in the hands of any other care center.
We’ve had a wonderful experience at LSP, it truly feels like a safe, loving environment. From day one, Ms. Kassandra and Mr. Jack welcomed my daughter with open arms and made sure she acclimated smoothly to the classroom. They’ve gone above and beyond with their communication, which gave me so much peace of mind. Ms. Elia and Ms. Candace have been the absolute best to work with when it comes to enrollment and day-to-day operations, always being responsive, helpful, and kind. It’s such a relief knowing that when I drop my kiddo off in the morning, she’s in great hands.
As a first time parent I was extremely nervous to put my baby in any daycare. I am so glad I chose LSP! They have put my mind at ease since day one with all the updates they provide and make you and your child feel welcome every single day. Miss Angie and Miss Courtney are amazing and I’m glad my daughter has them as her first teachers! Definitely recommend.
Talk about the hardest decision in your parenting journey! After visiting several locations nearby, LSP just felt right! Our child started with Miss Bella, has then transitioned with Miss Erika, Miss Angie and Miss Courtney, and I cannot share enough how much peace they bring knowing my son is not only properly cared for, but is loved on and played with! These ladies are angels! The daily lessons/activities the kids do are amazing. The updates/pictures we get daily are so encouraging and the best part of the day! The staff in general and the chef are all amazing. We walk the halls and almost all teachers know my child’s name! Other classrooms with older kids are so well behaved and are attentive to their lesson. Hands down, best investment! I know this is a hard decision, but you will not regret it, this is your village!

However, some parents have expressed concerns via BBB regarding staffing stability and children not being transitioned to age-appropriate classrooms on time. Sentiment is generally high for educational quality but mixed regarding administrative consistency.
Staff Insights
Employee reviews are polarized; while some describe it as an 'amazing place to work' with supportive leadership, others cite a lack of professionalism and management gossip. A January 2024 review from a lead teacher at this location reported minimal support for behavioral issues and difficulty obtaining classroom supplies. Staff benefits include free meals and guaranteed overtime, but several reviews mention that pay is not competitive for the workload.
