Really glad I gave 1 $150 deposit to secure a place in their wait-list in April 2024 when there was only one or two kids in front of us in the wait-list! Fast forward and it took 14 months before I ever got an email back. Could've offered a refund in good faith. Visited the school and it's pretty basic compared to a tuition that's on the higher end - and night and day compared to the likes of Goddard or Prep facilities we visited. When inquiring around to former primrose families who have now moved to other schools, RECENT feedback is always that this school isn't well managed.
We've been a part of the DS Primrose family since 2021. Our daughter has loved her time at Primrose. She is now in the afterschool care program and looks forward to going! The infant room teachers are so kind and do an amazing job with my 8 month old. This Primrose location is THE BEST!
We have loved our experience at Primrose DS. The admin are fantastic and truly care about their school and every child that attends! They listen and value parents/families and go above and beyond to make their school a pleasant happy place. The teachers have all been great and seem to really enjoy their days!
Both our young daughter and older son attend here, and Primrose School of Dripping Springs truly feels like family. The staff is incredibly attentive – they know each child by name and genuinely care about their development. What makes this daycare special is the strong sense of community among families, staff, and children. The warm, nurturing environment means our kids actually look forward to going each day. Communication with parents is excellent, and both children have thrived academically, socially, and emotionally. We're grateful to have found our daycare family here and highly recommend it to other parents looking for more than just childcare.
Our family has had a very positive experience at Primrose. Our 20 month old has learned so much since we enrolled her. Her teachers are very loving, caring and patient. She always comes home with a big smile! The school’s leadership is very responsive, organized, professional and welcoming! We are also impressed with the facilities, they are always clean and feel safe. We also love that our baby is offered 3 healthy meals every day. Highly recommend this school!
