My two kids attended TLC Schools on Green Oaks for over a year, and we had a wonderful experience. The facility is clean, and the staff are kind, professional, and helpful. A very special thanks to Miss Adrian for her care, patience, and love toward the children. I highly recommend this daycare to any parents looking for a safe and nurturing environment.

We had an outstanding experience as the first daycare for my baby. Although we were only there for 2 months and only left because we got a spot at a much closer preschool, Ms Lana and Ms Wendy are top notch in how they run their center. Shout out to Ms Stephanie in the infant room as well!

I am so thankful for this wonderful place, with an amazing staff. Adrianne in the morning makes sure my son is happy to go in and for me to be happy when I leave. Then he has these wonderful teachers Marandia, Stephanie. Make me so happy to see the pictures of my son playing and learning. Lana always finding a solution, so as a whole this is a very comfortable, lovable place and I'm happy to leave my son while I work peacefully.

Web Report

Aggregated insights from public records & parent discussions

Safety Record

No safety-related news incidents, closures, or legal issues were found for this specific location. While the center is a licensed childcare facility (License #1648970), employee reviews on Indeed as recently as 2025 have alleged safety-related concerns including teachers being out of ratio and the serving of 'old food' to children. State inspection records indicate it is a licensed child care center with a capacity of 175, though specific recent violation counts were not publicly summarized in the available data.

Parent Reputation

The center has a polarized reputation: it is featured as a top private preschool by local educational blogs and has positive parent testimonials on its own website and 'Children's University,' where it is praised for being nurturing and personable. However, it holds a very low 1.8/5 rating on Indeed from employees, with consistent complaints about management and ownership. No parent reviews were found on Google, Yelp, or Facebook to verify the positive claims independently.

Staff Insights

Employee reviews are predominantly negative, citing a 'rude owner,' lack of set schedules, and high staff turnover. Teachers have reported working without pay, being frequently out of ratio due to management decisions, and a lack of support or appropriate materials from ownership. One positive mention from a former assistant director noted a supportive team environment, but this contrasts with more recent reports of an 'unorganized' and 'unpleasant' work environment.
