Primrose School of Round Rock at Forest Creek

Primrose at Forest Creek has been a wonderful experience for our family. The staff is warm, attentive, and truly dedicated to each child’s growth and happiness. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how welcoming and well-organized the environment is. The teachers do an excellent job communicating with parents and creating engaging, educational activities that help children learn and thrive. We’ve seen so much progress in our child’s confidence, social skills, and learning. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and education provided.

Our son is three years and three month's. He was at a (supposedly) polished Montessori prior to us having him attend Primrose. At my son's previous place of education, he felt uneasy and was upset when he came home. At Primrose, things changed, and for the better - much better. The staff at Primrose took him under their wings and he is so much happier, more confident and is now regular in his potty training (and with verbal notification by him). Bottom line, it's the best thing we have done for our son. Thank you, Primrose Forest Creek!

We’ve had a fantastic experience with [Primrose- Forest Creek! From day one, the staff has been warm, welcoming, and professional. They made the transition incredibly smooth for both us and our child. We love Ms. Ashley, Ms. Yesee and Ms.Cindy! They are attentive, patient, and clearly passionate about working with kids. They provide regular updates, photos, and feedback, which gives us peace of mind throughout the day. Our child has not only felt safe and loved, but has also learned so much — from basic skills to social interaction. Highly Recommend!

Our daughter is two and has been through 3 daycare centers already since we have had to move for our jobs. We have noticed a significant change in her personality after she started going to Primrose. She started going to her class willingly from the third day onwards! We all love the positivity at this place and the teachers’ energy and enthusiasm makes it a pleasant experience for the kids and parents. We can tell that our daughter loves this place because she keeps taking to us about her teachers and friends, after she gets home 😊. They have an impressive curriculum, provide healthy meals and the detailed updates through the Procare app makes it easier for parents to keep track of their child’s learning and activities throughout the day. Not to mention that their potty training helped get our daughter off of daytime diapers quickly! The monthly Parents Night out is definitely a nice bonus and their Cookie Fridays are a family favorite 😀

Bare with me - this is a well earned review for a school that has been positively impactful on our family. Our toddler joined Primrose fall 2023 and it’s been nothing but delightful. Considering our other childcare experiences since 2021, we are sure that we will be at this school until our child graduates out. They have exceeded all of my type A expectations while also supporting my baggage as a parent. It is absolutely worth the investment! Their customer service is unbeatable with positive, welcoming energy when you dropoff and pickup. The premises are very clean, fairly organized, and spacious. Very easy to reach someone over the phone and get prompt responses. The staff is compassionate - always willing to listen and support while also being a partner. These points have allowed me to build connections with the staff and the school is like a second home for my child. The teachers allow space for independence during center time while also being hands on in their curriculum. I love learning about my child’s activities and growth not only through the app that is refreshed consistently throughout the day, but also through my child both verbally and non-verbally. I have never felt reluctant to speak with the staff about milestones or challenges - they heavily encourage it and act on the feedback provided. Primrose is mindful to accommodate and be inclusive, such as offering a vegetarian menu. Parent are also welcome to schedule formal progress/check-in calls with teacher on a recurring basis. I have only had 1 issue which could have easily been ignored without my knowledge, but the school took responsibility by proactively calling me to apologize, explaining what happened, and their action plan. This took me by surprise and gained my full trust here on out. Don’t walk…RUN over to get enrolled. There is always a waitlist for good reason!
