Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Franz Road

Kids R Kids on Franz Road has truly been a blessing for our family. My daughter is so happy and does not want to leave. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring—they always greet us with a smile and make us feel right at home. Their safety and security measures are outstanding, giving us complete peace of mind every single day. The curriculum is engaging, hands-on, and perfectly designed to keep children excited about learning. I love how they balance education with fun and creativity. We also receive daily updates with photos and notes, which means so much and keeps us connected to our child’s activities. Their wholesome meal plans are another huge plus—nutritious, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. Ms. Poonam is very accommodating to my daughter’s vegetarian diet and I am grateful for that. I feel, Kids R Kids is a wonderful place where children are truly cared for, supported, and encouraged to grow. I feel my daughter will be well prepared for school when she graduates next year.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Franz. The staff here truly go above and beyond — they’re warm, patient, and incredibly attentive to every child’s needs. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment. The communication is always clear and consistent, and I appreciate how they keep parents in the loop about daily activities and progress. The programs are well-structured, and you can really see the effort they put into making learning enjoyable. My favorite part is how balanced everything is — from academics to creative activities to physical play, they manage to encourage growth in every area. Overall, this place has exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s rare to find an academy where you feel confident your child is in great hands, but this one truly delivers. Highly recommend!

My baby girl graduated from KRK Franz in June this year and it was definitely bittersweet leaving because we had an amazing experience throughout our time here. She joined Suite 400 when she was 3 years old and graduated from Suite 550/PreK at 5 years old this summer. This school was a nurturing learning community for our family. We made amazing new friends, beautiful memories and the peace of mind was top notch. We never had to worry about her safety. She bloomed and blossomed under Ms Claudia and Ms Alyssa. They did such an exceptional work that she is already being assessed for the gifted and talented program at her elementary school. She was over prepared for kindergarten! 😅. The graduation ceremony was such a highlight for sure and all the staff- Miss Poonam, Miss Christie, Miss Jean, etc- are wonderful. They’re responsive to any issues and communication was always great.

My son has been going Kids R Kids off of Franz for one year now and he has learned so much. He loves his teachers and is always happy when I check in on him and pick up in the evenings. He is two years old now and the teachers have been a huge help in potty training as well to keep consistency between home and school. The staff have always been friendly and helpful especially following any concerns. My favorite aspect would be the camera access available at no extra charge. It means a lot as a mother to be able to check on your child throughout the day and quiet the anxious thoughts in seconds.

I want to express that this daycare has been excellent in many ways, but I've noticed a concerning issue with the high turnover rate. Over the course of my child's time here, six different teachers have left. This suggests that the staff may not be receiving the necessary support, and I believe management could benefit from evaluating and potentially adjusting their approach to employee retention and well-being. From my perspective, many of the staff members simply want to feel heard, valued, and adequately supported in their roles. I truly hope that the daycare ensures its employees are well taken care of, as they play such an important role in caring for our children. The teachers do an amazing job despite the volume of kids they have to manage and we appreciate them greatly!
