What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
All the staff are wonderful and they do a great job working with families to provide affordable and reliable childcare. This place has been a huge lifesaver in arranging transportation to and from school for my older son and keeping my smaller one well fed and safe throughout the day.
My niece has been attending this daycare since she was six weeks old. Five stars isn't enough to express our gratitude and admiration for the exceptional care provided by this daycare and its incredible staff. Ms. G, the teacher, is a true gem who goes above and beyond to ensure the childrens happiness and development. Her nurturing and educational approach have transformed our little one's growth. Assistant Director Olga deserves special mention for her outstanding management skills and dedication. The facility is clean, safe, and stimulating, fostering an environment where kids thrive. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a loving and nurturing place for our little one. Highly recommended!
My daughter has gone here since 6 weeks old! She has been learning so much and enjoys the staff! They all make it an amazing experience and enjoyable. I love knowing my baby is loved and cared for. There isn’t a high turn over rate which is rare for daycare so I know my daughter is building great relationships.
me and my husband have had our son at kids zone since August 2022 and we have had the best experience with the teachers and directors/owner. Mrs. Jackie is AMAZING. she has been very accommodating for things we have expressed to her for our son and Ms. Olga! I highly recommend bringing your infants/kids to this center. Thank you for doing what you do kids zone staff :)
The teachers are friendly, the owner is nice, the place is clean and kids love there. I have 3 kids that attend there, my 2 year olds is counting and knows shapes and some colors already, They always have so much activities for the kids even during school breaks, field trips to movies, skating places, etc, you don't even pay extra or sometimes you pay something little. They are discipline and I love them.

Aggregated insights from public records & parent discussions
Safety Record
A civil lawsuit was filed on January 2, 2026, against Pro Kids Incorporated (the facility's operator) alleging that a 4-month-old infant was left unattended in a bouncing chair and assaulted by an older child. The lawsuit claims video footage shows the infant was unsupervised for over 1.5 minutes and seeks damages between $250,000 and $1 million. The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) confirmed it is investigating the safety complaint as a priority.
Parent Reputation
The center's reputation is currently polarized; while its own website features positive parent testimonials, it holds a 'C' rating with the Better Business Bureau due to a failure to respond to a complaint. Recent public sentiment is heavily negative following the 2026 assault allegations. Parent reviews on third-party sites like Winnie describe the environment as Montessori-style, though specific ratings on Google and Yelp are not aggregate-displayed in recent news snippets.
Staff Insights
Employee feedback is mixed; a 2019 review from a teacher in Denton described a clean and caring workplace, but a more recent 2024 review from a former employee on the BBB website criticized the director's professionalism and treatment of staff. Additionally, reviews for other locations under the same operator mention concerns regarding staff-to-child ratios and management responsiveness.
