What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
HLC is a fantastic childcare provider. My son loved going and learned so much! The staff is caring and treats every child as their own. If you are looking for a childcare provider that includes Christian prayer and teachings, then this is may be the right place for your family. Unfortunately, the prayer or bible teachings in the curriculum were not disclosed. This is the only reason we removed our son from their care. I am writing this review so that hopefully other parents will be aware of the incorporation of prayer and bible teachings-as it is not located on their website or parent handbook. Additionally, none of the staff members informed us. Again, our decision to take our son elsewhere has nothing to do with the great care that this facility provided.
Both of my kids went here and they loved it! My kindergartener still asks if he can go back to Heltoes learnings center, rather than his new school. The staff is friendly and accommodating! We can’t wait to send our third kid here to socialize and learn when she is older!
Helotes Learning Center is truly an amazing place for kids of all ages! The staff treats your child like their own and we never had a single issue during the 3 years we sent our kids there. I always felt like my child was safe while there with their checkin and checkout procedures in place. Highly recommend sending your kids here!
Super greatful to them taking care of my little one. Helotes Learning Center is stupendous! My son loves it here I wish I would’ve moved him sooner. All the teachers are great. They’re super understanding, caring & very attentive. My son was nonverbal when he first started about 2 years ago but the teachers worked with him and he has developed so much since being there. They do allot of fun activities with the kids, & love that some are keepsakes for me. Ms. Amanda & all of their teacher have always addressed our concerns if we had any. I was that mom who would call 3-5 times a day when he first started to check up on him and each time I was always greeted sweetly never annoyed. Definitely child care that helps put your mind at ease. 💖
I highly recommend HLC my son has learned so much and wakes up very morning excited to go the next day. He loves his teacher Ms Danny and has learned so much from her. She has done a great job getting the kids ready to start kindergarten. Ms Amanda is by far the best director any learning center could have, she is very attentive and genuinely cares for the kids. A great and trustworthy place to send your children. Thank you Helotes Learning Center!
